Travis Kelce: Host of Are You Smarter Than a Celebrity, showcases his musical knowledge

As per the exclusive clip revealed by People magazine on October 22, 2024, YouTube Lily Singh could be seen interacting with one of the players on the game show.

The clip featured a question,

"The saxophone is a member of what family of instruments?"

The panelists included Chad Ochocinco, Ron Funches, Garcelle Beauvais, and Natasha Leggero. While they wrote their answer, Lily waited for her turn to help the contestant with the correct answer.

There were variations in the answer, as they all submitted different answers. One of the players, Chad Ochocinco, wrote, "Brass," Natasha Leggero and Ron Funches answered, wrote, "Wind." On the other hand, Garcelle Beauvais shared, "Horn."

Despite a wide range of answers, none of the answers were correct. The correct answer was "Woodwind." After learning of the answer, one of the panelists, Natasha, asked:

"Wait, is woodwind different than wind?"

She then corrected herself as she added,

"Why am I asking you, Travis?"

In response, Travis Kelce revealed,

"It is a more specific version of the wind."

Seeing the host knowing about it, she said Travis would know that.

Travis's answer did not end with that simple explanation as he shared more,

"I believe there is a wooden piece that goes onto...the reed."

Upon learning that, players and the audience were amazed by the NFL wide receiver's in-depth knowledge of musical instruments.

If her answer turns out to be correct, the game will feature a "cheat" that will be activated automatically and allow the particular player to continue the game.

Fans might know Lily is not a musician but deals with various comedy (short form) videos via her YouTube and other social media platforms.

The exclusive clip ended before fans could glimpse what Lily had written. They will have to wait until they stream the recently released Are You Smarter Than a Celebrity episode.
