NBC's The Voice Season 26 aired on December 10, 2024. The two-part finale featured participants from the show's previous seasons as well as the recent season. With five finalists from various coaches' teams, there were many performances by Coaches and their teammates.

Additional performances from renowned singers and artists were also featured on The Voice Season 26 finale. One of the performances was from Coach Reba McEntire and finalist Danny Joseph.

The duo performed Ray Charles's You Don't Know Me during the finale of the singing competition. While the viewers appreciated the performance, some of the fans felt otherwise. Regarding their views on the performance, fans took to social media platform X and could be seen divided over the same.

The Voice Season 26: Fans divided over Coach Reba and finalist Danny's performance

The Voice Season 26 aired its much-awaited finale episodes on two nights. They were released on December 9 and 10, 2024. There were five finalists from the four coaches' teams.

One of the finalists, Danny Joseph, from Team Reba, performed a duet with the coach. They performed You Don't Know Me by Ray Charles.

NBC describes the performance as:

"Their rendition had a fitting country flair but also stayed true to Charles' emotional music center. Joseph wore an all-black suit while McEntire looked very chic in a sparkly top and black blazer. The performance was so good, Bublé couldn't help but film himself singing along."

However, some of The Voice Season 26 fans had different views on the duet performed by Reba McEntire and Danny Joseph. Fans took to social media platform X to share their views and comments. While some fans felt the performance was"a delight," a few felt it was "just awful."
