Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson will be streamed live on Netflix on November 15, 2024. The YouTuber-turned-boxer and the former heavyweight champion will be going head-to-head in the highly anticipated boxing match.

Tyson, one of the most revered names in boxing history, is coming out of retirement for the event. He was previously seen in the ring for an exhibition match opposite Roy Jones Jr. in 2020, which ended in a draw.

On the other hand, Paul started his career as a YouTuber but has become a rising star in the boxing world by facing former MMA fighters like Anderson Silva, Ben Askren, and Tyron Woodley.

Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson will premiere on Netflix on Friday, November 15, 2024. The event will be streamed live from AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas at 8 PM ET / 5 PM PT. The match will be exclusively available for Netflix subscribers, so make sure to subscribe to the streamer if you want to enjoy the fight.

Ahead of the match, Netflix will release a documentary to showcase how Paul and Tyson trained and prepared for the event for months. The three-part documentary, Countdown: Paul vs. Tyson, will premiere on November 7, 2024.

The bout was earlier scheduled to take place in July 2024; however, Tyson suffered a medical emergency two months before the planned date, which led to its delay. November 15 was then announced as the new date.

Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson fight will feature eight rounds of two minutes each, instead of the traditional three-minute bouts. The weigh-in will take place on November 14.

Boxing fans around the world are excitedly waiting for the event as Mike Tyson, aka The Baddest Man on the Planet, is returning to the ring almost two decades after his retirement in 2005.

The 58-year-old legendary boxer became the youngest heavyweight champion in history at 20, winning the WBC title in 1986. Meanwhile, Jake Paul, aka The Problem Child, was one of the highest-earning YouTubers when he decided to switch to professional boxing in 2020.

In just four years, 27-year-old Paul has won 10 out of his 11 fights, becoming a formidable opponent for Tyson. He is the co-founder of Most Valuable Promotions (MVP), which promotes young talent and women’s boxing. MVP is also the production company behind the upcoming fight along with Netflix.

Apart from the Paul vs. Tyson match, the event will also have a co-main event and two undercards. The co-main event will be a bout between super lightweight champion Katie Taylor and unified featherweight champion Amanda “The Real Deal” Serrano.

The two earlier faced off against each other in 2022, when they became the first women to headline a sold-out fight at Madison Square Garden, with Taylor winning by a close split decision. The match was named Fight of the Year.

For the first undercard fight, Mario “El Azteca” Barrios will defend his WBC Welterweight title against Abel Ramos. Barrios, the Mexican boxer known for his strong fighting style, won his first world title in 2019 and recently beat Fabian Andres Maidana. On the other hand, Ramos from Arizona gets another shot at a world title in this big showdown.

In the second undercard fight, Indian star Neeraj Goyat and Brazilian star Whindersson Nunes will clash in a six-round super middleweight bout. Goyat, the first Indian boxer ranked by the WBC, has won the WBC Asia title three times, while Nunes is a social media star with a 2-2-1 record.
