Love Never Lies: Poland Season 3 aired its second episode on Netflix on Wednesday, February 26, 2025. Participants were emotional after the first ceremony ended with Patrycja and Lukasz's elimination.

As they all returned to the villa, they felt upset and highly emotional. One of the couples, Pawel and Kasia, discussed the questions they faced during the Love Never Lies ceremony.

He was asked the question:

"Have you ever cheated on Kasis since you got married?"

He answered, "Yes," which was true. That is why Kasia learned about his infidelity and wanted to talk further. She told him she had the "right" to ask if it was "just once" after their wedding.

For the fans who might not know, Kasia and Pawel have been together for 10 years, 8 years as a married couple. When she asked, the Love Never Lies: Poland's male cast member avoided to answer.

However, she was quite adamant and wanted answers. She mentioned that they had the "opportunity" to discuss that.

"No, I'm not going to because I want to keep some privacy. I don't intend to show everything on TV. Because there are private matters, and if you can't let it be, and you're going to keep nagging me, then you'll weep when you hear it. Your choice," replied Pawel.

During the show's debut episode, when everyone discussed the couple, Max confessed they were all "missing out" on Kasia and Pawel's relationship "story."

In his introductory video clip, Pawel referred to Kasia as his "first love."

On the other hand, Kasia revealed:

"Pawel caught my fancy. I was stubborn and went for him. I kept coming to him. We have known each other for about ten years and we've been married for eight. We have had some crisis happen in our relationship, and I think you could say they were quite serious."

Love Never Lies: Poland's male cast member confessed to the cameras about a "betrayal," While he called it "stupid and immature," Kasia revealed the truth.

"Pawel cheated on me with a man. It greatly damaged the trust between us. The past events are stull haunting our marriage. We found ourselves growing apart. When it comes to sex, it could happen more often."

Pawel said he would like to "get to know" her again. Kasia told the cameras that she loved him and cared about him. However, she added that she always wondered about a "second" betrayal.
