Love is Blind: Germany's reunion premiered on Netflix on January 19, 2025. The reunion was full of revelations and various discussions regarding participants and their relationship status.

One of the widely discussed cast members was Hanni, who decided not to get married in the social experiment. Since the finale revealed her refusal to get married, some of the fans were unhappy about that.

During the show's reunion, hosts Stephanie Brungs and Christian Wackert shared some of the comments which fans had shared via various social media platforms. Viewers were not happy regarding the hosts sharing negative comments on the reunion episode.

Regarding the same, some of the Love is Blind: Germany fans took to social media platform X and shared their views. However, fans were divided with their take on particularly one cast member, Hanni.

Another fan shared on the platform, criticizing the show hosts:

"Tbh this is the hosts fault. This is a one hour reunion and they've only talked about Hanni… wtf? #loveisblindgermany."

One more fan commented:

A user wrote on the platform:

Love is Blind: Germany Reunion - Hosts shared online comments from various social media platforms

During the Love is Blind: Germany reunion, the co-host, Stephanie Brungs, mentioned how Hanni's looks were one of the major topics discussed on the show as well as on various social media platforms.

"Honestly, Hanni, your looks, the way you showed up, the viewers definitely noticed. In the last few weeks I enjoyed my biggest hobby, reading the comments online. I just wanted to know what the reactions were."

In addition to that, she mentioned that there were some negative comments.

"But of course, when you're in the public eye, there are also detractors. And there were a few very negative comments that were full of hate. We have to say here that these comments have no place and will not be tolerated," she added.

Further on Love is Blind: Germany reunion, the hosts mentioned how Hanni was targeted on various social media platforms regarding her looks, the way she dresses, her style, and even her intentions.

The Love is Blind: Germany host mentioned that people were "fascinated" by Hanni's "openness" and her "humor." She then read out loud some of the comments and asked Hanni to address them. One of the comments was about how Hanni was not "looking for a husband" but for a TV career, and she wanted to be in "more shows."

The host then gave Hanni a chance to address those comments. Love is Blind: Germany star Hanni revealed:

"They don't understand that everybody can be the way they want. If I participate in Love is Blind and the person can't see me, then just think about why I'm wearing what I'm wearing. Because I like it."

Hanni also shared how she was aware of such comments regarding her looks and how she might be looking to gain "more followers" via the social experiment.
