Season 3 starts right after the shocking cliffhanger finale of From Season 2. After Tabitha falls ''to her death'' from the lighthouse, we see her in a hospital in Maine. She quickly sneaks out from there to learn about Victor. Season 3 has been about Tabitha exploring her past ''calling'' to Miranda, as told by her husband Henry.
From Season 3's Falling Tree ending in Episode 3
The falling tree holds a deep significance as everyone who enters the From town sees the tree before eventually getting trapped there.
In the final moments of From Season 3 Episode 3, Tabitha panics on seeing the road on the tree which might signify that she is back in the town, or this is what the ending of the episode suggested.
Tabitha gets suspicious of Henry, and everything she sees on the drive back is another trick from the town. Nevertheless, all of her fears might be futile as the final moments suggest that she is, in fact, back in town.
Although Tabitha intended to return to the town to her husband and children, she was stuck in her research to find her mysterious connection with Miranda.
Also, her plan to go back to the town didn't involve getting Victor's father and three paramedics stuck there. Tabitha is also unaware of her route when she chances upon the tree, making the town's entrances a mystery for the audience.
Four new residents in Town in From Season 3?
Considering that Tabitha is back in the town, she is not alone this time. She is joined by Victor's father, Henry, and three paramedics. The last large-scale population entering the town was in the premiere of Season 2 with the bus passengers.
It was only a matter of time before the town got a new set of people to keep things moving. This four-person group might help increase the town's population and create opportunities for new adventures.
It is also interesting to note that this means a long overdue reunion between father and son, i.e., Victor and Henry. Victor arrived in From's town 40 years ago with his mother and sister.
