Cobra Kai fans always debate over who is the strongest fighter in the show's universe, and the makers might have introduced a strong contender in the spin-off's last season.

While Pat Morita's Mr. Miyagi from the original The Karate Kid films remains untouched and unparalleled with his fighting prowess, many characters have continued his legacy, including Chozen Toguchi.

But Sensei Wolf of the Iron Dragons dojo, introduced in Season 6, proved that he might outshine Chozen. With impeccable martial arts skills and a commitment to fighting, Wolf is likely the strongest and most fierce fighter in Cobra Kai.

Here's why Sensei Wolf is the strongest Cobra Kai fighter.

Exploring Sensei Wolf's fighting style and philosophy in Cobra Kai

While Sensei Wolf was introduced quite late in Cobra Kai, his fighting style and discipline have made most fans choose him as the strongest fighter, even surpassing Chozen.

While little is known about Wolf's formative years, his discipline and fighting philosophy can be inferred from his conversations with Johnny and his teaching attitude. In best shape, Wolf's first conversation with Johnny hints that he prioritizes his diet, unlike Americans, who devour empty calories, as reported by Fandom.

Wolf's abilities came into play in Season 6, where he came face-to-face with Johnny. Defeating a fighter like him is no joke, but Wolf not only outsmarted him, but Johnny had to seek Daniel's help. While the fight could not conclude, it was clear that Wolf was stronger than both Johnny and Daniel combined.

Another aspect that places Wolf far superior to other Cobra Kai characters like Silver, Kresse, and Mike is his commitment to fighting. While the other characters left fighting when the going got tough and had to rediscover their skill, Wolf never stopped fighting, which gave him an upper hand against all the other sensei.

Why is Sensei Wolf even superior to Chozen in Cobra Kai?

Out of all the living characters in the universe, Chozen remains one of the most fierce fighters, but his fights in Season 5 shifted his title to Wolf.

While Wolf proved his prowess in front of Johnny and Daniel, Chozen was almost equal to Mike in their Season 5 fight. Moreover, Daniel is stronger than Chozen, as proved by their fight in which he defeated Chozen.

The same cannot be said about Wolf because he has the upper hand in the fight against Johnny and Daniel. While Chozen and Wolf had never fought against each other in Cobra Kai to establish a distinctive winner, their fights with other strong players are significant, which renders Wolf the strongest fighter.

Looks like many Reddit users like, u/Ambitious_Revenue_25, also believe that Wolf is the ultimate champion, as nobody stands a chance against him:

''Chozen is stronger than Danny boy and the blonde pretty boy but he still shows some relativity to them. Wolf straight up destroyed both them''

Another Reddit user, u/Kyleb791, notes how Chozen struggled against Mike and Silver (who were both defeated by Johnny and Daniel), while Wolf almost defeated Johnny and Daniel combined, which is enough to confirm that he is the strongest:

''Chozen struggled and was overwhelmed in the first few seconds with Mike which suggests had they fought for a prolonged period of time, it would’ve been an extremely hard fight for Chozen to win...And Chozen also struggled to beat Silver...Wolf at the moment has had the solid upperhand on Daniel and Johnny individually, and even working together.''
