Starz's Outlander, the historical fantasy show based on Diana Gabaldon's book series of the same name, featured the magical stones of Craigh Na Dun which made time traveling possible for Claire (Caitriona Balfe), a nurse from the 20th century.

The show follows Claire, who accidentally goes through the stones and is transported to 18th-century Scotland, where she meets a Highlander Jamie (Sam Heughan) and they fall in love.

While Claire is the major time traveler in the show, she is certainly not alone. Throughout the seven seasons, the show has introduced several other time travelers who have similarly passed through the stones and met Claire in the story.

Here are all the time travelers from Outlander.

Major time travelers revealed after Claire in Outlander

1) Lotte Verbeek as Geillis Duncan

While Claire accidentally time-traveled, there were others who purposely traveled back in time. One such traveler was Geillis Duncan, whom Claire meets in Outlander Season 1. As a fellow healer, the two women formed a friendship, but soon Claire realised Geillis is not what she seems.

She was secretly raising money for the Jacobite rebellion with Dougal McKenzie and was also carrying his child. Eventually, Claire and Geillis were tried for witchcraft and when the latter showed her smallpox vaccination scar as the Devil's mark, Claire realized she was a time traveler.

Geillis is an intriguing character who crossed paths with Claire on several occasions. She even appeared in Season 7, when Buck and Roger accidentally traveled back in time.

2) Sophie Skelton as Brianna and Richard Rankin as Roger McKenzie

Since Gabaldon mentioned that time travel is hereditary in the Outlander universe, Claire's genes were passed on to her daughter Brianna, who also became a fellow time traveler.

While she was initially skeptical about her mother's stories, she also followed Claire in the past in Season 4, when she discovered a newspaper clipping of Claire and Jamie's obituary. She went back in time to warn and save her parents.

Roger McKenzie is a distant relative of Geillis and thus carries the gene that enables time travel. As he loved Brianna in the 20th century timeline, he follows her in Season 4 in the past. While he had a dangerous journey ahead, he was able to make his way to Brianna in the 1700s and the two were married.

Roger and Brianna initially decide to stay in the past with their two children, Jemmy and Mandy, who are also time travelers. But after Mandy develops a heart condition that can't be treated in the 18th century, they travel to the 20th century in Season 6. The Season 7 finale suggests that they might be reunited with Claire and Jamie in Outlander Season 8.

3) Dominique Pinon as Master Raymond

A kindred spirit like Claire, Master Raymond is an apothecary, introduced in Outlander Season 2. He instantly forms a bond with Claire, and later it is revealed that he is also a time traveler who is fascinated with things which are "not of this time."

While Master Raymond's storyline was not fully fleshed out, he promised Claire that they will meet again "in this lifetime or another." Delivering on this promise, Master Raymond appeared again in Season 7 in one of Claire's fever-dreams. Season 7's shocking revelation that Faith might have lived suggests that we might see more of this character in Season 8.

Minor time travelers in Outlander explored

While Geillis, Brianna, Roger and Master Raymond were major time-traveling characters who deeply affected Claire's story in Outlander, there were some minor time-travelers too, whom Claire came across throughout different seasons. These are as follows:

Trevor Carroll as Otter Tooth- Otter Tooth was a native American man who traveled from 1968 to the 18th century to warn his ancestors about their tragic fate at the hands of white colonists. Since the Mohawk tribe did not believe his story, he was killed and buried by them. Claire comes across his skull, with dental fillings, proving that he was a time traveler.

Brennan Martin as Wendingo Donner - Another activist, like Otter Tooth, who willingly traveled back in time. Donner was responsible for starting the fire at Fraser's Ridge in Outlander Season 6 because he wanted Claire's gemstones to go back through the stones, but he ended up perishing in the fire.

Diarmaid Murtagh as Buck McKenzie- Geillis and Dougal McKenzie's son and Roger's ancestor, who accidentally travels to the future in Season 6. Roger and Buck travel in the past in Season 7, where they met his parents.

Nicholas Ralph as Jerry McKenzie- Jerry was Roger's father, whom he met in 1739 in Season 7. While he helped him go back to his time in the 20th century, he had a tragic fate and eventually died while saving young Roger, according to Gabaldon's books.
