The popular American drama, Beauty in Black, by writer and director Tyler Perry, was recently renewed for Season 2 after an intense first season.
The show follows Kimmie (Taylor Polidore Williams), a dancer who tries to escape her current life of working in an adult club, and comes in contact with a powerful family, the Bellarie family. However, her path is marred with difficulties as her younger sister is kidnapped by a co-worker named Body (Tamera 'Tee' Kissen). In an intense confrontation, Kimmie jams her car into Body in Part 1 of the series, which left fans speculating if she survived or succumbed to her injuries. However, Body’s fate is left ambiguous.
In Part 2 of Beauty in Black, Kimmie finds her sister Sylvie and makes her captors pay the price.

Did Body die in Beauty in Black? Speculations explored
In Season 1 of Beauty in Black, Kimmie and Body work at the same Chicago club. Body considers Kimmie her rival and tries to do everything that ensures the latter’s downfall.
In doing so, Body kidnaps Kimmie’s younger sister, Sylvie, in Part 1 of the show. Kissen’s Body is confronted by Kimmie in the finale of Part 1, which quickly becomes a physical altercation. Body pulls a knife at Kimmie, but Kimmie somehow saves herself and gets out of the warehouse where the confrontation takes place.
She runs straight to her car before Body gets to her, and rams the car into Body, severely injuring her. Part 1 ends with this cliffhanger.
Part 2 of the drama series doesn’t touch upon Body’s fate leaving it uncertain whether she died or survived. It is speculated by many fans that Body might not have survived Kimmie's brutal attack, but Season 2 of the series might reveal more about her fate.
