Invincible, the adaptation of Robert Kirkman's comic book series which is titled the same, is returning for its third season on February 6, 2025. Mark Grayson is returning to save the world and fight crime, this time with his paternal younger half-brother Oliver. The brothers and Guardians of the Globe will face some familiar enemies like Doc Seismic, the Mauler Twins, Titan, and Battle Beast.

While we saw the Mauler Twins in Invincible Season 2, they were present only in the first half of the season. Doc Seismic is another antagonist who Mark fought in both seasons 1 and 2. However, the two antagonists that fans are most excited to see return are Battle Beast and Titan, who were last seen in Season 1.

Which villains will be returning in Invincible Season 3?

Here are some of the antagonists that Mark Grayson and his brother will be facing in the upcoming Prime Video animated series:

  • The Mauler Twins

Fans missed the Mauler Twins, in the second half of Invincible Season 2. Therefore, bringing back these characters is a definite boost for the upcoming season. The twins who are competent antagonists and geniuses are usually seen executing the worst missions, giving the show its comedic moments. Their storylines are lighter than the main narrative, making these two a delight to watch.

As seen in the Season 3 trailer, the Mauler Twins are being confronted by Oliver.

  • Battle Beast

Introduced in the comics in Invincible #19, Battle Beast is one of this fictional universe's most mysterious characters. His appearance in the first season established him as one of Mark Grayson's most intimidating foes as he beat the hero to a bloody pulp. Now, excitement is building up for Season 3 as he will be returning to the show after Season 1, Episode 5, “That Actually Hurt”.

  • Doc Seismic

Doc Seismic is a villain-of-the-week supervillain who has appeared previously in Invincible Season 1, Episode 3 "Who You Calling Ugly?" and Season 2, Episode 2, "In About Six Hours, I Lose My Virginity to a Fish". A mad scientist, Doc Seismic has special wristbands. With the help of these wristbands, Seismic can cause earthquakes and beckon the Magmanites and other subterranean monsters.

  • Titan:

Last seen in the Season 1 Episode 5, the same one as Battle Beast, Titan had taken over Machine Head's organization. He is also one of the strongest Invincible characters as he can create a rock-hard exterior that gives him super strength.
