Invincible Season 3 Episode 8: Release date news, time, streaming details and more about the finale

Invincible Season 3 will end its eight-episode run on March 13, 2025. The previous episode, "What Have I Done?" ended on a rather exciting note as one of the more popular characters from the Invincible comics, Conquest, finally made his appearance. The character's appearance shakes things up for the characters, setting up an exciting Invincible Season 3 finale.

Invincible Season 3 Episode 8, "I Thought You'd Never Shut Up," will be adapting Invincible issues #61 to #64. In those issues, Mark fights Conquest, the Viltrumite warrior that has been built up for a while. Something similar happened when Anissa hinted at Conquest in the previous season. Thus, fans are looking forward to this deadly match-up in the finale of Invincible Season 3.

What happens in Invincible Season 3 episode 7?

Invincible Season 3 builds upon the previous season's multiversal hints. While the previous season gave us a glimpse into Mark Grayson/Invincible in the alternate universes, this one brings them together for an epic crossover event. The episode begins with a flashback to the second season's finale. However, the focus is shifted this time.

This Season 3 penultimate episode reveals that while Mark did smash Angstrom Levy's face in the season 2 finale, it is revealed that the multiversal villain survived this ordeal. He opens a portal to the mysterious "Technicians" who treat his wounds. After that treatment, Levy begins his months-long campaign to destroy Mark's life.

He schemes to bring in eighteen evil Mark Grayson variants across the multiverse and set them loose on the Earth. Invincible/Mark Grayson is good. This act by the evil Invincible variants tarnishes the name of the good one protecting the Earth. They cause a lot of death (including Rex's) and destruction around the world. However, half an hour into the episode, eight surviving variants turn on Levy.

Thus, Levy transports those eight to the same deserted wasteland from Season 2. After that Levy and Mark have another vicious battle in which Mark gains the upper hand. However, Angstrom escapes through one of his portals but loses his hand as it closes. He returns to the technicians and demands to be healed, but the mysterious alien species refuse their services unless he accepts to work for them.

Then the scene cuts to Mark helping with the salvage effort when the intimidating Viltrumite warrior Conquest flies in. Mark readies himself for a brutal fight and flies toward Conquest voiced by Jeffrey Dean Morgan, and his opponent does the same. However, before anyone's punch lands on the other, the credits for the episode begin to appear.
