It looks like HBO/BBC's finance-themed drama series, Industry, is expanding its Season 4 cast with four new actors, as per an exclusive report by Variety.
Created by former investment bankers Mickey Down and Konrad Kay, the show premiered in November 2020 and follows the journey of fresh graduates wanting to cement their place in Pierpoint & Co, a London investment bank.
The show was renewed for Season 4 in September 2024 and is rumored to start production in a few weeks.
Earlier, Max Minghella (The Social Network and The Handmaid's Tale) was confirmed to join Season 4, along with the main cast of Marisa Abela, Myha'la Herrold, Ken Leung, Sagar Radia, Kit Harington, and Miriam Petche.
Now, the upcoming chapter has also added four new actors, including Kiernan Shipka, Toheeb Jimoh, Amy James-Kelly and Jack Farthing,

New cast and characters of Industry Season 4
As per Variety's exclusive news, Industry Season 4 has added four actors to the show's cast, adding a fresh flair to the upcoming chapter. All the actors announced have established impressive credits, which will be fruitful for the HBO show's forthcoming installment. Considering Season 4 is about to begin production in a few weeks, adding new actors to its cast has created much buzz among Industry fans.
First, Kiernan Shipka will play Hayley Clay, “executive assistant at payment processor Tender.” She is best known for The Last Showgirl, Chilling Adventures of Sabrina and MadMen.
British actor Jack Farthing, who is best known for The Lost Daughter and The ABC Murders, will play the character of Edward Smith, the “troublemaker and long-time friend of Henry’s.
Next up, Toheeb Jimoh is reeled in to play Kwabena Bannerman, who will be a “trader at Mostyn Asset Management.” He is best known for playing a Nigerian footballer, Sam Obisanya, in Ted Lasso and The French Dispatch.
Finally, actor Amy James-Kelly, famous for Coronation Street and Everything Else Burns, will play the role of Jennifer Bevan, the “newly promoted Minister in the Labour government.”

The Season 3 finale saw many changes in the main characters' lives, which could play in the upcoming chapter.
After her father's scandal, Yasmin was in a dilemma and realized that she needed financial security to move forward. While her heart was with Robert, she chose Henry as her life partner in the Industry Season 3 finale.
After breaking up with Yasmin and leaving Pierpoint on a bad note, Robert's life also took a new turn. He pitched his psychedelic drugs idea to Little Labs in California. Coincidentally, the team was headed by Greg, Pierpoint's former VP. Their unlikely union will bring a new direction to Robert's life in Season 4.
Talking about new beginnings, Harper also decides her future plan to run an all-shorts fund to target vulnerable businesses, possibly from New York. Actress Myha’la teased a new direction for her character in the upcoming season (via ELLE):
“I think her saying [she’s ready to go back to New York], whether or not it’s true, is just indicative of her confidence now,”
The new characters are expected to add a new dimension to season 4, thus rewarding loyal fans.
