The third episode of the popular dating reality show Love is Blind: UK was released on Netflix on Wednesday, August 7, 2024. The platform initially aired the first four episodes of the show, which focuses on individuals who have come to the show looking for "the one."
Participants go on blind dates and eventually choose to get engaged to one of their potential connections. Participants get to face each other physically and meet in person after they agree to get engaged.
During the third episode of the show, Nicole rejects Benaiah and chooses to move forward with Sam. After being rejected, Love is Blind: UK star Benaiah was heartbroken. He felt that Nicole had made a mistake by choosing Sam.
Upon returning to the male living quarters, Benaiah shared with his fellow participants Steven and Tom on Love is Blind: UK episode 3:

Benaiah felt that Sam, Nicole’s other connection on Love is Blind: UK was not there for "genuine reasons."
He also questioned Sam’s integrity and motives for being there. After learning about Benaiah's thoughts, she was confused and found it difficult to listen to.
Later, the third episode of Love is Blind: UK focused on Nicole going on a blind date with Sam, to whom he proposed, and Nicole said yes. After that, she went on a date with Benaiah, who had been waiting for her for quite some time.

Nicole arrived later, and she apologized to Benaiah. He told Nicole that everything he shared about Sam the other day was because he cared for her.
In Benaiah's confession, he shared that Nicole was "the one" for him because she filled his heart with positivity and optimism. Benaiah then told Nicole that he wanted to make the commitment with her, unknown to Nicole’s previous date and the fact that she said yes to Sam.
Nicole replied that she was blessed to have met him and that what he represented was everything that she came in wanting. She added because her heart was with Sam, she couldn't move forward with Benaiah.
Upon hearing Nicole’s words, Benaiah was sad and heartbroken. He felt sad because his feelings and love were not reciprocated.
Nicole apologized to him and added that if she didn’t trust her gut, she would be denying herself. She shared some more and told Benaiah that she had to trust it.
Benaiah left his pods with:
"I wish you all the best, honestly. I hope it works out. All the best, Nicole."
After that, he left the pod with tears in his eyes, and both of them were quite emotional about the situation.
Later, Nicole sat alone in the hall, and Benaiah returned to the male quarters. Seeing him sad and heartbroken, fellow male participants consoled and comforted him. At the same time, Sam was sharing with the rest of the male participants how he proposed to Nicole.
When Benaiah shared with Tom and Conor that, according to Benaiah, Nicole was making a "big mistake," they both agreed with Benaiah. He also added that Sam was not the right person for Nicole.
Later, Benaiah shared in the confessional that when Nicole told him she had to follow her strongest connection, it was the "most upsetting thing" for him.
Steven and Tom hugged and comforted Benaiah when he was not feeling good and was quite sad.
