"I wouldn't say ethical": 90 Day: The Last Resort's Gino reacts to Jasmine's discussion about non-monogamous marriage

TLC's 90 Day: The Last Resort Season 2 aired its fourteen episode on March 3, 2025. The latest episode featured couples including Natalie-Josh, Stacey-Florian, Jasmine-Gino, Julia-Brandon, Sophie-Rob, and Ari-Bini.

One of the couples, Jasmine and Gino, discussed non-monogamous marriage. However, when Jasmine initiated the conversation, Gino did not favor it. Gino was surprised when she expressed how she felt about having an "open marriage" and learning the terminology that explains it.

As 90 Day: The Last Resort star Jasmine referred to it as an "ethical non-monogamous marriage," Gino, in shock, asked her to confirm:

"Ethical? Yeah, I wouldn't say ethical. Okay."

90 Day: The Last Resort Season 2 Episode 14: While Jasmine opens up about open marriages, Gino does not seem to be in favor of that

The latest 90 Day: The Last Resort Season 2 episode featured a conversation between Gino, 55, and Jasmine,37, which did not go as she might have planned. While the rest of the cast members enjoyed their time, Jasmine came to Gino wearing a hat. She knew how much Gino loved wearing hats.

"I'm wearing a hat to honor you?" said Jasmine.

Gino said that he loved it. Initiating the conversation, the female cast member told him that she had a discussion about "open marriages," and from the therapist, she learned the "right terminology."

"It is called an ethical non-monogamous marriage," Jasmine shared.

Listening to her, Gino did not seem to agree, as he pointed out that it was not "ethical," according to him.

Seeing how he might not be in favor, Jasmine told him she wanted to discuss something that could not wait any longer. She mentioned it was a "very serious, real, and genuine" conversation.

Further on 90 Day: The Last Resort, Jasmine told Gino:

"So I'm going to go straight to the point. These are our options. Okay, one option would be you are intimate with me. During the time we're here at that resort. Or you and I, sit and come to an agreement for the parameters in our all open marriage for you and me."

Gino replied that we had been "pretty clear" about the open marriage and that it was not for him. He further stated that being in an "open marriage" had not been his dream when they got married.

Jasmine told him that it was not her "dream" either and that he was not getting the "idea" of an open marriage because he was "so close" in his thoughts. She told him that he was not being "flexible."

Seeing her adamant about the open marriage situation, 90 Day: The Last Resort star asked her if she had someone in mind. When she said yes, Gino was shocked even more.

The male cast member confessed to the cameras:

"What the hell is going on here? What you mean is a person that she wants to have an open relationship with. What... that makes me think is she must have had an emotional connection prior to coming to therapy with this guy behind my back. I don't know anything about it."

He added that they should be getting a divorce and that Jasmine could "hang out" with "him" all she wanted.
