“I do regret:” Summer House star Lexi Wood claims her relationship with Jesse Solomon was fast-paced

Summer House star Lexi Wood joined the Bravo series and instantly formed a connection with Jesse Solomon. The 27-year-old model from Toronto is a self-proclaimed "lover-girl" as per her official Bravo TV bio. Recalling her past relationships and her bond with Jesse, Lexi revealed details of her romantic connection while discussing her feelings.

During her exclusive conversation with US Weekly on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at Us + Maidenform's Reality Star Style Awards party at Highlight Room in NYC, she opened up about her relationship with Jesse Solomon. She said:

“I think my main goal is really just to end the reunion stronger than when we all went in with the majority of the house. Except maybe one person. I’m a lover, and that’s honestly how a lot of my past relationships have moved. They go fast. I do regret."

As Summer House fans already know, Lexi and Jesse's connection grew stronger throughout season 9 as they decided to take their emotional bond to the next step. Despite their bond evolving rapidly, the problems in their relationship caused the couple to rethink their initial connection. In her interview, Lexi admitted that she and Jesse had romantic feelings for one another, which were fast-paced and might be one of the reasons why things didn't end well.

She shared that her "past relationships" also "moved fast," similar to what happened with Jesse. Allegedly, Jesse flirting with Ciara Miller was one of Lexi's main concerns about the future of their romance, while Jesse had his doubts about Lexi's "yellow flags."

In her conversation with Us Weekly, Lexi gave a glimpse into the dramatic on- and off-screen scenes from Summer House. She said:

“I think the house is so close that I think everything will inevitably end up with everybody in the house anyway, so it’s always better just to get everything on the table."

Jesse and Lexi have already broken up, but their romance has not yet ended. The upcoming episodes will focus on how their romance reached a breaking point, as Lexi confronts Jesse in front of the rest of the cast. Jesse, meanwhile, is seen defending himself in the teaser as he presents his complaints to the table as well.

In another conversation with Glamour on April 18, 2025, Lexi stated that being with Jesse was "the worst relationship" she had ever been in. She said:

“I think in front of my face, Jesse was very different. Behind my back, he had a lot of things that he did not communicate to me.”

However, according to Jesse, "miscommunication and heightened emotions" were the two main reasons their romance ended. He clarified that he did attempt to be transparent and understanding about the situation, but fate had other plans.
