“I need to be hyper alert:” Million Dollar Secret cast member Chris claims Samantha was lying about her identity

Million Dollar Secret Netflix's reality TV series gives the contestants a chance to secure the final grand prize by hunting the millionaire amongst them. In this game of betrayal, strategy, and alliances, players struggle to trust one another. During episode 6, viewers learn that Samantha is a millionaire and is trying to complete her given agenda.

Chris was voted out on Million Dollar Secret season 1 episode 6

On Million Dollar Secret season 1 episode 6, Corey told his fellow cast members that the clue he was given was three words: 911, misdemeanor, and handcuffs. Sydnee, Chris, and Corey's first guess was Samantha, who previously mentioned that her friend was a cop. Sam had also expressed that she wished everyone could take a lie detector test in the competition.

This made others suspicious of her, speculating that Sam could potentially be lying about her profession. However, when Sam and Sydnee sat down for a discussion, the 41-year-old police officer directed the conversation toward Chris instead. She recalled that Chris had stated something about a police escort in front of the rest of the cast.

Later, at the dinner table, the Million Dollar Secret cast member, Chris, was questioned about whether he was concealing his true identity. Chris tried to convince his fellow players that he was an entrepreneur and not a cop. He said:

"I think it's a totally fair theory. But we have been told that the millionaire has been lying about their profession. You guys think I'm lying about my profession? I'm an entrepreneur. I own a beverage company. I was working 16 hours a day to get that thing off the ground. I didn't have time for a side gig as a cop."

He also told the cameras:

"Obviously, Sam knew people were talking about her. I just didn't know. And it's just like she is an instigator to her core. She is the millionaire."
