The post featured her headshot with her summarized story of how she started 40 years ago. The female entrepreneur wrote a meaningful and long caption explaining how things started and the secret behind her achievements over the years.

The caption started by mentioning how she never imagined she would be where she is now. Recalling her teen years, Maxine stated that when she was 16, she used to live in a South Wales village. At the time, her life wasn't "easy" and money was "tight."

She stated that "dreams" felt like luxuries that they couldn't afford.

"Back then, I was a 16-year-old girl living with in a modest mining village in South Wales. Life wasn't easy. Money was tight, and dreams felt like luxuries we couldn't afford. But what we lacked in resources, we made up for in resilience."

Even at 16, she was "driven" by a desire to build a better life. Hence, each of the steps she took towards building her career was fueled by "hard work."

However, with her dedication, perseverance, and passion, Shark Tank Australia's mentor further revealed her current situation.

"Fast forward to today. I'm the founder of Vita Group, which was a publicly listed company with over $875M in revenue and 2500+ team members. I'm proud to say we've built a business that values empowerment, innovation, and teamwork."

She mentioned that she had gone through challenges she never thought she could resolve. Additionally, while she was on the verge of losing her business, she took it public and reached a renowned platform such as Shark Tank Australia. She called her role in the show "helping others chase their dreams."

The Shark Tank Australia mentor further in the caption revealed the "secret." She talked about resilience, learning, and risk-taking. Maxine advised entrepreneurs to "get back up" no matter how many times they fall or fail.

She also mentioned that everyone should be open and willing to learn because, as she thought, success wasn't about knowing everything; it was about learning.
