Joan has come to live with Greg on 90 Day Fiancé, but their time together is not all flowers and roses. The couple has been facing all sorts of challenges when it comes to their living conditions, especially with the fact that Greg has not moved out of his mother's house yet.

The place is small and hardly accommodates Joan, but she also has to live according to Greg's mother, who does not seem very fond of her.

In a previous 90 Day Fiancé episode, Joan was questioned regarding her showering habits, as she is accustomed to bathing approximately three times a day. Greg also could not say anything because he was not paying rent at the house.

In the most recent 90 Day Fiancé episode 6, he dropped yet another bomb on Joan, who was not afraid to give an ultimatum of her own.

She has left her house and family in Uganda to live with Greg, but the living conditions do not meet her standards. She urged him to move out, but Greg revealed that he was heavily in debt and moving out would be too much on his wallet. This disappointed her, and acknowledging the same, Greg said,

"Right now, having Joan here and actually speaking about the wedding and, and thinking about things, it definitely feels like I’m a little overwhelmed. I do think things have to change drastically. I have to live within my means until I can live the lifestyle that I want to. Things completely have to change. I have somebody else in my life now.”

During their segment on 90 Day Fiancé season 11 episode 6, Joan and Greg decided to go together and spend some time on an outing. However, Joan wasted none of it in asking Greg about when he thought of moving out. However, his answer shocked her and led to an ultimatum about their engagement. Greg said,

"Well, I’m, I’m hoping, you know, if everything goes normal and everything goes right, maybe a year and a half, two years."

Joan was not on board with the idea of moving out after approximately two years, and thus, was doubtful about her decision to leave her country and move abroad for him.

Explaining why this is the case, he revealed that his recent expenses, which have put him $8000 in debt, are why he is trying to live below his means and save some money to have a wedding with Joan in 90 days.

Talking to the camera, he also took responsibility for the fact that Joan is supposed to be in his shelter, and he needs to step up and fix his life. But Joan was having none of it and gave her fiancé an ultimatum. She threatened to return to Uganda if Greg did not change his living conditions.

Later in the 90 Day Fiancé episode, the two decided to have dinner with Greg's friends, who learnt about their situation and tried to explain from their point of view. They were also concerned about Greg's income, as he wished to open a bakery, but that would not provide him with financial stability.

Talking sense into his friend, John (Greg's friend) reminisced about how Greg had given up on good opportunities because he did not wish to work for someone else.

But now is the time, according to John, for Greg to make sensible decisions, the ones that would provide a roof over his head and help him move out of his mother's home and potentially be enough to provide for his future children.
