"I'm going home" - Love Island All Stars' Ekin Su reacts to Danielle picking Curtis

Love Island: All Stars season 2 episode 18 aired on ITV2 on January 30, 2025. The episode saw the bombshells picking their final partners whom they have bonded with. Previously, on the 17th episode, we saw how Danielle and Curtis got to chat and shared mutual taste towards their interests in life.

Ekin Su was not on board with this pairing and later claimed that she was "jealous." Things got heated up even further when she saw her Love Island partner and Danielle chatting by the firepit and laughing together. She ran out of there with teary eyes as Ronnie came to her comfort.

In the most recent episode of Love Island, Danielle, the new bombshell, was asked to make her choice. It was an intense moment as the islanders waited for her to announce the name of the man. She soon revealed it would be Curtis.

This had put Ekin Su in a weird position where she was unable to react to everything that just happened. Whispering to her girls, she said,

"I'm going home guys... I'm gonna!"

Love Island: All Stars islander Danielle picks Curtis

Danielle had Curtis, during the sleepover, had talked about their type of relationship. Both seemed to have found common ground about kids and said that they wanted someone to settle down with and have children.

The next day, they chatted by the firepit where Curtis claimed that he wanted his partner to be authentic. He even said that Ekin Su can be "over" sometimes.

Ekin was visibly hurt by the connection that the two shared and said Curtis did not give her any reassurance about it. The next day, both of them sat down and talked about their relationship. However, this turned out even worse when Ekin, angrily walked away from the conversation.

In another segment of Love Island by the firepit, we see that Luca pulls in Ekin for a chat and the two talk about how Curtis might be feeling. He says that her partner feels that she has not truly been herself during their arguments which is why he took the "three steps backward."

Ekin is in disbelief and wants to move forward to solve this. The same night, she and Curtis sit down to chat but it takes a new turn in their relationship.

Curtis was angry and tried to walk off because he felt they were not in the right mind to discuss their relationship. However, the two then emotionally bonded over how much they are missing their parents while being in the villa. Ekin then kissed him while the islander cheered at a distance.

The next day on Love Island, by the pool, Curtis brought Ekin some chocolate and they hashed out their differences with each other and what they want moving forward in their relationship. They both apologized and Ekin admitted that she was "jealous" of everything that was going on. She said it was sensitive to her.

Acknowledging her sentiments, Curtis said that he thinks Danielle is a lovely girl but he wants to focus on his relationship with Ekin.

Despite him talking to the bombshell and getting to know her, he is too focused on everything that is going on in his current relationship. He says Ekin gets fiery but he loves that side of her and he wants to direct all his energy towards her now.

However, by the end of the Love Island episode, viewers see that he is picked by Danielle. In a sneak peek at the upcoming episode, the two are seen arguing where Ekin claims that she "wants nothing to do with" him.
