Shark Tank's Kevin O'Leary is a financial titan, but he also takes his role as a chef very seriously. O'Leary said in a recent Instagram video that he shops for groceries at least twice a week, frequently mixing in-store visits with Instacart delivery. He is actively involved in what goes into his refrigerator, whether he is in Miami or somewhere else, particularly when it comes to wholesome, home-cooked meals.

Kevin, who identifies as a chef, talked about how he likes to prepare his own meals, emphasizing salads and fresh foods. His shopping excursions are about raising awareness as much as they are about comfort. O'Leary is picky about what he buys, frequently staying away from the processed, sugar-filled goods that fill supermarket shelves. It's a habit based on self-control, awareness of his health, and knowledge of what he takes into his body.

"You know, I walk in there and I buy usually salad stuff because I'm a chef. So I make a lot of food. I do shopping two ways. I use Instacart in where I live in Miami. They deliver it to me."

Additionally, he strictly monitors the amount of sugar in items and steers clear of those that include cane sugar. Kevin examines all of the labels and avoids bread, sauces, and packaged goods that have added sugar.
