Shark Tank investor Kevin O'Leary is a food and wine enthusiast along with his business endeavors. Known as Chef Wonderful at QVC, the entrepreneur adores cooking and infusing Asian recipes into his diet to make it more wonderful, just like his name.
During a podcast with the famous YouTuber Logan Paul and his team of boys, Kevin O'Leary shared about his dietary changes and wine business. He recalled the time when his father was posted in Cambodia, and because of the hot temperature there, he learned an exquisite way to cook with less butter and oil.
He added that he learned the art of cutting extra salt and sugar from his diet from there. While flaunting his culinary knowledge, he also opened up about his wine business and said:
"I got a huge wine business as well. You know it's sort of like I go on a chef wonderful, we sell millions of dollars worth of wine but i did that myself."
He further talked about how he has started using tech to support his health by keeping his glucose in check with a tracker and managing his sleep. He then spoke about his greatest weakness and remarked:
"I look at my sleep what you find so interesting and this is my biggest weakness i love wine but if you drink wine three hours before you go to bed you really sc**w up your sleep."
Here is what Shark Tank investor advice to those who love their wine
The Shark Tank investor, Kevin O'Leary cherishes a glass of wine as much as his perfectly seasoned food. However, he has a trick for those who love their wine but suffer from sleep issues. The Shark Tank mentor revealed his secret during Logan Paul's podcast and suggested that rather than drinking wine before bed, which could hamper the sleep cycle, it is better to have it during the day.
Well, he did not promote chucking a glass of wine first thing in the morning. What Mr. Wonderful meant was to avoid the wine ritual at all costs at night and save a place for it during the day. He also mentioned reducing the amount of alcohol consumed before sleeping.
Meanwhile, Logan Paul asked him about spending time at Eleven, the convenience store, and Kevin mentioned that he had spent some "wicked time at Eleven".
"The last time I was there, you know, I was having a great time. Thank goodness no pictures and then I step outside it's 7:30 in the morning."
Shark Tank is available on ABC to watch.
