"I am not here for it" - Southern Charm fans defend JT amidst Ryan's accusations

Southern Charm fans are furious at Ryan for being problematic and causing unnecessary drama around JT and Venita. Given the fact that he is a newbie on the show, fans claimed that he is stirring the pot for no reason but to get extra screen time.

However, what he said did damage JT's reputation in front of Venita and portrayed him as a "racist" which he says he is not.

JT had enough of the drama and called him out on the screen for lying. He even resorted to calling him a "psychopath." Turns out that Ryan had said that JT was calling Venita "some Black girl."

This made him angry because Leva revealed to him that Venita felt "used" by this remark. As for the Southern Charm fans, they completely sided with JT on this one and criticized Ryan for causing issues that he was not related to in any way.

Even Leva was shocked for a second, but knew JT and said that she was finding it hard to believe that he would do such a thing. Reminiscing how Craig had claimed that JT called Patricia a "b*tch," a fan defended him and wrote on X,

"This is the season to make JT the villain and I am not here for it. First, he made derogatory remarks towards Ms. Pat and suddenly he's racist?"

"The obsession with picturing JT as this misogynistic, racist, rude, ageist?… It’s kind of maybe too much. -He didn’t call Patricia a b*tch -Said the truth about messy Taylor’s boyfriend and his messy relationship with Salley -Didn’t say that derogatory 'black girl'," said another fan on Twitter taking JT's side.

Fans even pointed out that after all of this chaos against JT, it only makes sense that he left the show after Southern Charm Season 10. This is not the first time that it has happened and fans pointed out the past instances where his reputation was dragged through the mud.

"JT is more mature and less problematic than all of the other guys on #SouthernCharm. I’m not even a real fan of his but he’s getting treated horribly and most of the reasons why he didn’t even do. Craig and Madison are the messy ones," expressed another fan.

"I hope everyone on #SouthernCharm realizes that JT was NEVER the problem. Justice for JT," said a fan.

Southern Charm Season 10 - What caused the drama in Episode 14

Ryan, a new cast member on Southern Charm, shares a barber with JT. When he was getting a cut from him, Ryan says that the barber revealed the remarks that JT has been making towards Venita.

This caused Venita to be shocked because the two of them were almost a thing in this season. But when he made a girlfriend named Ally, their bond took a rough patch.

Despite that, the two are still flirty towards each other. Upon hearing the entire thing from her, Leah was shaken and immediately met with him to clear things out. JT was angry and frustrated and called the barber to establish his innocence. The barber apologized for getting in the middle and apologized.

He also took JT's side saying that he has not made any derogatory remarks against Venita. After confirming this all, JT decided to call Venita and apologize for the hurt that she might be going through because of these false accusations. The two then talked about it and he said that he "respected" her.
