Love is Blind Sweden Season 2 Episode 2: Niklas reveals his feelings towards Karin while she expresses concerns
The second episode of the social experiment featured Niklas talking to his fellow male participants:
"I feel like it's all making sense now. It's obvious. It's like, what am I looking for? Why do I keep looking?"
He confessed to the cameras that he had "extremely strong feelings" for Karin and that she made him feel good in "so many ways."
Soon, while discussing various things with fellow participants in the men's lounge, Niklas learned that Karin lived near his neighborhood. When someone mentioned Karin living in Grondal, Niklas couldn't believe it.
"Yeah, she said that she lives near the water and the promenades and stuff," said a fellow male participant.
Love is Blind Sweden cast member seemed quite excited and still in denial about Karin's whereabouts.
"Karin lives, like, 200 meters from me. That's so crazy. I feel like this is proof of God or something. I'm turning into a believer. Is this really happening? Am I dreaming?" Niklas confessed.
Soon, he had another blind date with Karin. After exchanging pleasantries, he told Karin that he "heard a rumour." He then asked her about living in Grondal, and she was also surprised to learn that he lived in her neighbourhood.
After learning they lived in the "same" neighborhood, Love is Blind Sweden star Karin said it was "insane."
"We're in this experiment, separated by a wall. But we've been neighbors?" he asked Karin.
Niklas told Karin that when they were done with the experiment, they would "just go home" together. Karin agreed with him and added that it would be convenient for them. Niklas was still in denial.
Sharing more and confessing feelings, the male cast member told Karin:
"I've been thinking about this a lot, and I want to come clean to you right now and say that the choice is obvious for me. It's so clear. I know there's still a long way to go in this experiment, but right now, I just can't think of anything that isn't fantastic about you."
He then asked Karin if he wanted to understand where they were headed. He wanted to know if they were "choosing" each other. However, after listening to Niklas, Karin expressed some doubts and told him that she "kind of felt" as if:
"Everything's moving so fast, that's what I'm feeling. That's...I, um...I was really impacted by a previous relationship."
Love is Blind Sweden star Karin opened up and shared how she was "really hurt" and that had made her think of "certain choices" in a particular way. She talked about how promises in her previous relationship turned out to be "false premises." They discussed her past and how she felt in her last relationship.
