Tournament of Champions Season 6 Finale was released on Food Network on April 20, 2025. Fans witnessed an exciting final battle between Chefs Antonia Lofaso and Sara Bradley. It resulted in Antonia's win as she earned 88 points after preparing the final dish.

Before the finale, Food Network shared an Instagram clip featuring the female chef on April 17, 2025. She was asked questions, including how she prepared for the Tournament of Champions.

Responding to that, Chef Antonia said that she plays golf "every day" and she cooked "zero" before the show:

"People ask me all the time about TOC six. They're like, what did you do to prep for it? I was like, I play golf every day until I left. And I cooked zero. I like to be out sort of relaxing my mind and like my body. And honestly, just getting my mind to calm down a little bit. So when I go in there, I'm focused."

Food Network's recently shared Instagram clip features Chef Antonia revealing some exciting details from the show and from before the show. April 17, 2025, an Instagram clip from the network asked the recently announced winning Chef Antonia:

"How do you prepare for Tournament of Champions?"

She stated that she does "zero" cooking and plays "golf." It was because she wants to relax her mind before the competition and doing such "calms' her mind. The next question was about the randomizer, a machine that chooses ingredients, produce, protein, and equipment for the challenges.

When asked what Chef Antonia doesn't like to see on the randomizer, she replied:

"The only thing I don't like seeing pop up on the randomizer are proteins. They're not supposed to be cooked in 30 minutes. You're going to have to shortcut it. You're going to have to grind it. That's what stresses me out. A pork shoulder or, you know, a chuck roast. Then you're getting a meatball."

Further, the female Chef revealed the favorite dish she prepared on the Tournament of Champions. It was fish and chips:

"I made with a pestle mortar, which I thought was like so smart where I did, you know, mushy peas with a covolo nero, like nice and pickly and did like a perfect tartar sauce, like potato chips."

Revealing to her the TOC moments that "plague" her, Chef Antonia said that the show's third and fourth seasons plague her "every single day." It was after she was eliminated after the first round, as her "heart" was not in the competition.

She added that she was "arguing" with the randomizer and wanted to "change" the rules. She noted that she wasn't "accepting" the way the game was played back then. Later on, the Tournament of Champions winner answered the question about the judges.
