XO, Kitty is back on Netflix and one cannot miss the cheerful Bee Yuri (played by Gia Kim). The eight-episode teen romance drama involved many plot twists, unexpected reunions, and major heartbreaks as well.
Gia who plays Yuri Han, the Queen Bee of KISS (Korean Independent School of Seoul) had a rollercoaster season. The first season starts with Yuri's rivalry with Kitty Covey (Anna Cathcart) when she pretends to date Kitty's boyfriend Dae (Minyeong Kim). She used this as a lie to cover up for her real relationship with Juliana Porter (Regan Aliyah).
In Season 2, Yuri and Juliana's relationship faces several downs as Yuri now spends more time with Kitty. Things get more complicated as Kitty comes out as bisexual to Yuri.
Yuri is shown as a 16-17 year old student in the show. However, she is 32 in real life. Even though her age is not mentioned in the series, she seems to be the same age as that of Kitty Covey. The fact that they are studying in their junior year of high school in Seoul makes it obvious that they are in their mid-teens.
