Shark Tank mentor Robert Herjavec shared a video on November 23, 2024, via his YouTube channel, Inside Robert Herjavec's Car Kingdom. It featured the tech entrepreneur showing off his ultra-luxurious car collection.
Rare collectible and classic cars, including Morgan Plus 8, Lamborghini Countach 50th Anniversary Edition, 1971 Ferrari Daytona, 1966 JAG XKE, 1971 Daytona, and many more, are featured in the video. Along with the Shark Tank mentor, the video featured Davie Fogarty and Robert's friend Scott Elrod.
While showing off his Rolce Royce Cullinan's picnic seats, which cost $45,000 to be added as an additional feature, the Shark Tank mentor stated:
"So, when I was buying the Cullinan, I said, "I want every possible option 'coz I usually buy cars like that." And he said, "Well, there's this one feature that we haven't inspected yet 'coz it's like $45,000 as an option." I'm like, "What is it?" He says, "Well, we have picnic seats in the back." And then I was like, "Yeah, let's order that." How cool is it! (Laughs.)"
Shark Tank mentor Robert Herjavec shows off his luxurious cars, including a 1966 Jag XKE, Morgan Arrow 8, 1971 Deytona, 1986 Mercedes 560 SL, Rolce Royce Cullinan, and more
Sharing his luxurious car collection, Shark Tank mentor and along with him Scott Elrod mentioned:
"Everything here is part of the collection. This is awesome. It goes from million...millions down to like 50 grand."
The ultra-luxurious car collection started with a Fiat "kit car," which was previously owned by Gianni Agnelli, Chairman and owner of Fiat.
When Davie asked the cost of making it electric, Robert and Scott couldn't stop laughing. They mentioned that it cost him more than the car itself. Further on their tour, Robert pointed to a few of the cars and confessed:
"Here's the embarrassing thing. I've never seen this car. I've never seen the white car at the end. So I've never seen this car."
Next was the 1966 Jag XKE, which took almost four years for restoration. After exploring the Morgan Arrow 8, they went to the 1971 Daytona, the show car for Chicago Motor Car, which was used from the Ferrari stand. It was the first car to have original Daytona seats in it.
"If we look at old cars, that car is perfect and old like me. And this car is more like Kevin (O'Leary), old and ripped and falling apart at the seams," Robert joked.
The next car in Shark Tank's mentor Robert Herjavec's collection was previously owned by his friend Caitlyn Jenner. He mentioned he saw the car for "about three minutes"
Robert mentioned that Kylie kept the car for a while and probably drove once or twice in the hidden hills. Later, when Kylie wanted to sell it, she sold the car to Robert Herjavec. He also mentioned that not only had he "never driven" that car, but he hadn't even opened the door of that car.
Some of the cars featured on the video next were a 1986 Mercedes 560 SL, a couple of Rolce Royce, and one of them was Dawn. For that, he was invited by Rolce Royce to Europe, and the designer spiked the specific model for Shark Tank investors.
Later, Robert called Davie to show a unique feature in one of his Rolce Royces. He went to the Cullinan model and asked Davie to join him there. He then went to the back of the car and popped two picnic seats opening from inside the tail.
Robert mentioned that he always wants to get "every possible" option and feature whenever he is getting a car. Hence, when he learned about this picnic seats feature, despite its cost of $45,000, he got that feature included in his Cullinan. He then got the seats out and asked Davie to sit beside him, which he enjoyed.
Robert then showcased his 50th-anniversary Lamborghini Countach, among other cars.
