Home Town 2024 Project Details
Now that we have Erin and Ben in the New Year, fans can expect new challenges when they tackle renovation projects in their town of Laurel, Mississippi. With the premiere episode of 2024, we will see the couple helping new homeowners transform their property from a mid-century modern home to a space that feels like home.
They run a salsa and hot sauce business out of their home and want to incorporate the elements into the space. Their requirements include a greenhouse to grow fresh produce such as peppers and tomatoes. They also want the kitchen renovated so that it can meet their production needs.

In this season, we generally witness Erin and Ben go beyond Laurel, Mississippi, and travel to other communities for renovations. The new installment of the spinoff is set in Sebring, Florida.
The spinoff season does not have a release date yet, but it promises to showcase the couple tackling new projects and renovations. Working outside of their hometown is not an easy thing for the couple and comes along with its unique challenges. While talking about the same, Erin shared that,
"We’re working harder than we’ve ever worked in our lives. We spend months researching before we even arrive. We consider which businesses have the potential to thrive and what will endure."
