"Here as the devil's advocate": Dubai Bling star Mahira meets Farhana's ex-husband to help them reconcile

Dubai Bling's latest season released all its episodes on Netflix on January 8, 2025. Its third episode featured a conversation between Mahira and her friend Farhana's ex-husband, Heroies.

She wanted to help Farhana solve the situation regarding their divorce and custody of their son, Aydin. While meeting Heroies, Dubai Bling star Mahira initiated the conversation:

"So today, I'm here as the devil's advocate. I only hear one side of the story. I want to hear your side of the story."

Dubai Bling Season 3: Mahira meets Farhana's ex, Heroies, to discuss what went wrong between the two

Dubai Bling Season 3 Episode 3 featured a conversation between Mahira and Heroies. He was her friend Farhana's ex-husband, for whom Mahira wanted to solve things.

"Since there are communication problems between Farhana and her ex, I decided to step in and go talk to Farhana's ex to try to reach a solution," confessed Mahira.

Farhana's ex-husband, Heroies, told the cameras about Mahira reaching out to him regarding the situation with Farhana:

"Mahira contacted me. She's Farhana's friend. She was kind enough, sweet enough to say she's going to try to solve the situation. So I set up a meeting in the office. Let's see what comes out of it."

Heroes shared that things between him and Farhana didn't work out and that it was a "tougher" divorce. He mentioned how he was in Africa at the time. Mahira interrupted and told him that "that was a choice" that he had made.

Heroies accepted and said that he was taking "self-responsibility" for all his actions. However, he said that his goal was to make it "right."

"So, the first thing that I can do to make it right to my son is at least spend more time with him, in my own way. Because I missed out," said Heroies.

Dubai Bling star Mahira expressed Farhana's concerns regarding how he had not been there and then "all of a sudden" he was back.

Heroies then talked about how he had listened to Farhana's rules for "so many years." He said that he followed them because "it was okay" and that took time to "heal."

"I get how much she loves Aydin. Again, she's not the only one who had a heartbreak. She's not the only one going through a divorce. I'm his father. Two weeks I want Aydin. Two weeks you have Aydin. Forget all the rest. Forget all the extra side bits. Why? I don't get it."

Listening to Heroies, Mahira responded that it doesn't work like that and that it was "not good" for any child.

"A child needs stability," shared Mahira.

She said that it was not the "solution." Heroies then voiced how his ex-wife, Farhana, should not be "setting the rules" since he was no longer with her in a relationship.

Mahira then opened up to Heroies and shared how she was also going through her "own issues" in her relationship.

"Since, right now, I'm in the middle of a divorce, I kept thinking while Heroies was talking, what if this was me? What if I was fighting just to keep my daughter in my life? If there's going to be a war over my daughter's custody, I'm willing to stop the divorce procedures at once," confessed Mahira.

Later in their conversation, Mahira mentioned how Farhana had a "problem" with the "person" Heroies was dating. He also talked about the reasons why his and Farhana's marriage ended.
