"He made me feel so special" — Love is Blind star Sara defends Ben before her sister and her partner

Netflix released the next slot of Love is Blind Season 8 episodes on February 28, 2025, and the fans are already hooked. In episode 10 of the show, couples continue their journey in the real world, where they meet the families of their respective partners.

During the episode, they take a big step forward in their relationship when Sara and Ben meet Lisa, her sister, and Kelsie, Lisa's girlfriend. Despite the couple's optimistic approach to the meeting, doubts and fears quickly surface, and the conversation quickly takes an unexpected turn.

Kelsie talked about how the two share different opinions when it comes to religion. She also conveys concern about how the two have only been on not more than three dates and are already planning to talk down the aisle. As the conversation moved forward, the ladies got a chance to talk about their issues without the Love is Blind star Ben.

"It's hard to buy into something we don't experience." She adds, "We do have to buy into it. If we wanna support you, we have to, like..."

Before she could finish, Sara started defending her fiancé and her relationship.

"I want you guys to see it for how it is. This is truly Ben."

"I'm not worried about him. We love you. Like, I'm sorry. He could be any person sitting right here, right?"

Kelsie replies and shares how she and her partner are just worried about her. She adds how Ben is just another random stranger to them, it is Love is Blind's Sara that they want the best for.

"Ben is such... like, we are so aligned in so many ways." She continues, "I didn't choose Ben because I felt we were the same person. I chose Ben because he made me feel so special, and I felt energized and loved and important."

Sara once again opens up about her feelings about Ben and how he makes her feel as she asks Lisa and Kelsie for their blessings for the couple.
