Meagan Good plays Camille

Meagan Good's Camille is a popular and stylish Columbia University professor of the Anthropology of Sex and Love. Even with her good looks and knowledge of the dating customs of different cultures, Camille can sometimes act awkward when it comes to romance. However, she can win the day with the help of her wits with the support of her three besties. But, that's possible if she doesn't overthink.

Grace Byers plays Quinn

Quinn from Harlem is a super optimistic but unlucky-in-love fashion designer reliant on her parents' trust fund as her uber-chic boutique is currently not doing well. Despite that, she has a heart of gold and wants to use her privilege for good causes. She loves her friends and has supported each one of them throughout the first two seasons. Despite this, she is still trying to figure out her goals and who she wants to be with.

Shoniqua Shandai plays Angie

Filter-free and loud, Angie is an aspiring singer whose powerful voice matches her fearless personality. She has only one problem, she has hopped jobs in the past few years and living rent-free in Quinn’s swanky apartment as a roommate. She's the party girl of the Harlem besties. Angie is someone looking to have some fun and because of that, she is picky about her career choices.

Jerrie Johnson plays Tye

Tye is the developer and owner of Q, the online dating app that caters to the needs of queer people of color. Harlem's Tye wants to keep things simple, for which she is ready to even date women who don’t necessarily match her intellectually. Tye is someone who prefers to keep her vulnerable moments under wraps. A lot of times, she takes care of her best friends, to her own detriment.

Tyler Lepley plays Ian

Tyler Lepley's Ian is Camille's ex-boyfriend and an ambitious chef. They broke up because Ian chose to pursue his culinary passion in Paris. While Camille initially planned to follow and join Ian in Paris, she ultimately decided to choose her career. Ian returns to Harlem with a new partner, they both still might have lingering feelings for each other.

Apart from the regular four above, Whoopi Goldberg will be returning in Harlem Season 3 as Dr. Elise Pruitt. The press release revealed four new additions to the Harlem Season 3 cast. They are Kofi Siriboe, Robin Givens, Logan Browning, and Gail Bean.
