"Hard choices": Beast Games Player 539 opens up about saving his best friend, aka Player 359

Beast Games Episode 7 aired on January 23, 2025, on Prime Video. The latest episode of the game show featured an elimination task, Trolley Problem. After sending several participants home, fans witness the Top 10 Players on the reality show.

During the segment, Player 539 (Akira) was chosen as the Captain, after which many participants were eliminated during different rounds. Later in the episode, he eliminated three participants when he decided to save his best friend, Player 359 (Colton).

Referring to how he had to make "hard decisions," Player 539, aka Akira, shared:

"I just took away six people's dreams of winning that money, keeping my best friend in this game. I just gotta keep reminding myself that it is a game, and you know, hard choices have to be made."

Beast Games Episode 7: Player 539, aka Akira Andrews, saves his best friend Colton, aka Player 359

The Beast Games Episode 7 featured Player 359, aka Akira, being picked as the Captain. He chose Players 626, 182, and 952 for the first round. Fans must know how the Captain is asked to select his/her "least favorite" players to nominate in the game.

The three nominated players were then on the red track, while a yellow Lamborghini was on the yellow track. Akira had to choose between saving the players or the car; he chose the latter.

One of the eliminated players, Mia, aka Player 952, said:

"He's not gon' last. He's gon' be right with us."

Later in the Beast Games' seventh episode, Akira was again chosen as the Captain. He then chose his three least favorite players: 351, 990, and 907. The prize for this round was Tesla.

MrBeast revealed that three nominees and the Tesla will stand on the track.

"We're not playing the same game every time," he said.

Akira's best friend, Colton, was placed on the red track. Akira had to choose between his best friend, three least favorite players, or a Tesla. While deciding which option to choose, Akira mentioned:

"Right now in this game, he's my best friend."

On the other hand, Colton was nervous about what decision Player 539 would make. Fans witnessed Akira saving his best friend Colton while eliminating players 907, 990, and 351, along with a Tesla.

Witnessing how Akira eliminated the three players and a Tesla, Player 359 shared that he was in "shock" and was "so fortunate." He told Akira that he was "in debt" to him.

Further, in Beast Games Episode 7, when Player 865 was chosen as the Captain, she was eliminated along with Akira and Colton.
