During her conversation with William Rossy, the Shark Tank mentor-investor didn't shy away from talking about her personal life. When Rossy asked the founder of The Corcoran Group how she manages to look like she's 50 at the age of 75, she let on:

"I've made some important choices. Actually I've had three facelifts. A lot of people won't do it. I've had it three times. It makes me feel younger because I look younger," she said.

She further revealed how surrounding herself with younger people has also been a huge part of her beauty regime.

"I think I surround myself with young people. I have a younger staff, I have a younger family, I have everything younger with my husband and I want a younger man, by the way."

The two moved to discuss other things after Barbara humorously flirted with the host of the podcast and said that he is a younger man she wouldn't mind!

Shark Tank's Barbara Corcoran offers advice to the youth

When 25-year-old Rossy asked for her advice on how people of his age should navigate their professional journey and what type of relationship they should have with money, Barbara Corcoran said that people around a person can make a difference.

"You got to question yourself on something like that. A lot of it's forced on you because of peer pressure. What you see around you, I think you got to really stand quietly and ask yourself what's important to you."

She further said it was important to ask oneself the right questions to understand what one really wants in life:

"And money is not important to most people. They think it is. But if you really ask yourself, 'What are my values?' or 'What I really wanna be doing for a living?' or 'What I really like to do?' or 'Who do I wanna be when I grow up?,' you get away from such a narrow definition of 'I wanna make more money.'"
