What happened in the Hacks Season 3 finale episode?

Hacks's Season 3 finale was filled with several twists and turns. The season saw Deborah trying her level best to be the host of her dream late-night talk show. Her dream was fulfilled in Episode 8, when she finally opted to host the late-night talk show.

The viewers also see Ava quitting her job in Los Angeles to join her former boss, Deborah's team, as a head writer for the talk show.
