Some viewers found Shye's performance "gut-wrenchingly beautiful" and tweeted how she "deserves to win." On the other hand, a few fans thought her song choices were "just not good" and "not memorable."

A fan shared on X,

"Shye has a way of making every song sound like her original, distinct vocal, palpable passion, and that certain indefinable something. That was gut-wrenchingly beautiful. Riveting! #TheVoice #VoiceFinale."

To that, another fan replied,

"I think she has a beautiful voice, a potential Barbra Streisand type. But the song choices were just not good, not memorable. Didn't blow the roof off and she's very capable it it."

One more fan shared on X,

"It would be tragic if Sydney Sterlace doesn't win. She hasn't had a bad performance all season and is consistently better than everyone else. #VoiceFinals #VoiceFinale #TheVoiceNBC."

A netizen commented on the platform,

"About shye's second finale performance? well it's the perfect way to close out the finale performances. and it was kind of moving honestly. LIKE REALLY REALLY MOVING. and the gag-o-meter is rising as i write this. perfect song choice though [#thevoice #voicefinale]."

An X user shared,

"Shye putting her signature sound over an iconic song. She sounds so self-assured, resonant. This felt like a visiting celeb giving us a taste of her artistry. Enjoyed it! #TheVoice #VoiceFinale."
"Another user reacted to Shye's performance stating that the song choice was "not the right" for her first performance, I wanna say this shye performance is good and shye is doing a beautiful job with the song and this is not the right first song choice for shye too win the voice #TheVoice."

A fan tweeted,

"Do I think #TheVoice Season 26 winner is coming from Team Bublé? I think so... Shye and Sofronio Vasquez are just too good. My third pick is Sydney Sterlace from Team Gwen. But America might like Jeremy Beloate's powerful theater voice or Danny Joseph's rocker vibes. We'll see."

Another user commented,

"I'm pretty sure Shye just won #TheVoice."

One of The Voice fans shared,

"If we are going by tonights performances alone, Shye deserves to win. #TheVoice."

One more fan shared a similar comment,

"Shye just won back her vote from me... sofronios first performance had me switch to him but shye JUST GAGGED ME!!! done! Winner! #thevoice."
