Shark Tank mentor Kevin O'Leary shared a video clip via his Instagram on March 16, 2025, in which he talked about accidentally creating hats. He referred to them as "collectibles" because of the accidental slogans that were visible on them.

A new video clip from Fox News featuring Greg Gutfeld and Shark Tank investor Kevin O'Leary saw an interesting discussion. They discussed the "Graphic Design Snafus on Baseball Hats" section on Fox News. Kevin O'Leary captioned the video clip stating:

"Major League Baseball just gave us the best collectible hats ever—by accident. "Tatis" means something very different in Spanish. Houston is now the "Ashros". And don't forget last year's legendary Oakland "A's" hat that just said… well, you get the idea. These hats are going to be worth a fortune. If they pull them, grab one while you can—especially that red one. It matches my watchband."

Shark Tank mentor Kevin O'Leary on Fox News: He expresses interest in misspelled baseball hats

In a recently shared news clip from Fox News, Kevin O'Leary shared his views on Major League Baseball and how they accidentally produced the "best collectible hats." The video clip from the renowned talk show Gutfeld features host Greg Gutfeld chiming in on the misspelled slogans/ words misprinted on baseball hats:

"Tetas," which is the Texas Rangers, but it literally means t*ts in Spanish. Houston is now the "Ashos." That is amazing. And say hello to the Los Angeles "Anaels". But if you think this is all just a big accident, consider this. Last year, the same company made an Oakland A's hat that just said "A*s." Tell you what, with names like Ashos and Anaels, it seems every player's gonna be a catcher."

Listening to that, Mr Wonderul replied that all those misprinted baseball hats were "collectibles." Show host Greg agreed to the Shark Tank mentor.

"It's intentionally done because next year, they'll auction the first one for $10 million. Because if they pull them off the market, that's what you want, want rarity," added Kevin O'Leary.

As Kevin predicted that the baseball hats would become "collectible," the host expressed his thoughts. He wondered whether such "hats" were to be sent to a "foreign country" where "third world" would be wearing them. Kevin expressed interest in a hat with "Anaeal" on it.

Witnessing which hat the Shark Tank judge wanted to have, the show host, Greg, said it was a "real hat."

"I gotta have that hat. It's red, it's red, it works with my watch band," Shark Tank mentor added.

As Kevin O'Leary revealed the reason behind choosing that particular hat, he said it would best suit his "red" watch band.
