Alien: Earth is gearing up to bring something brand-new to the legendary sci-fi horror franchise. This upcoming series is set to arrive in 2025 and will be the first-ever Alien story told in television format.

Unlike the traditional films that took us to distant planets or eerie space stations, this time the nightmare unfolds right here on Earth. It will air on FX and Hulu in the U.S., and viewers around the world can expect it to stream via Disney+ or Star.

As previously mentioned, Alien: Earth's new teaser has intensified fans' curiosity as they demand a full trailer, which will reveal much more than what these shots have teased so far. The YouTube comment section under the clip is filled with Alien enthusiasts requesting FX to share a trailer already.

The plot kicks off with the crash of a mysterious spaceship on Earth, unleashing something deadly. The focus is on Wendy, played by Sydney Chandler. Wendy isn’t an ordinary person. She’s a “meta-human” hybrid with an adult body but the mind and emotions of a child.

She’s at the center of the show’s emotional and philosophical journey. Wendy is joined by a group of tactical soldiers, and together they uncover a threat described as the planet’s most dangerous.

This isn’t just another alien hunt. It's a deep dive into a corporate-dominated world, where five major companies are locked in a power struggle: the familiar Weyland-Yutani Corporation, along with Prodigy, Lynch, Dynamic and Threshold.

At the heart of their battle is the control of advanced technology, including synthetic humans (or synths), artificial intelligence, and even efforts to achieve immortality.

Alien: Earth doesn’t just lean on action and horror — it’s also built around heavy, thought-provoking ideas about what it means to be human and where our ethics draw the line in pursuit of progress.
