In a recent interview, Shark Tank star Kevin O'Leary, who never backs down, vehemently defended American business owners against criticism of U.S. trade policies. The conversation began with concerns about America's declining reputation abroad, highlighted by falling travel numbers and dissatisfaction even among close allies like Canada. However, O'Leary countered the assertion that small businesses are powerless against rising tariffs and international scrutiny.

"You're weak when you say we can't deal with this now. Be strong and get ready for the fight of your life to settle this issue with China," Shark Tank investor said.

O'Leary emphasized the urgent need for action and strength. He pointed out ongoing issues with China, such as unfair trade practices and intellectual property theft, and called for a vigorous response. O'Leary argued that it's essential to showcase resilience and uphold the principles that define American enterprise, rather than solely focusing on economic policy. His message was clear: business owners must stop yielding and instead forge ahead with bravery and resolve.

Additionally, he personalized it by emphasizing his strong ties to the United States and the numerous small businesses he has invested in there. For him, it's about defending those who work tirelessly to preserve the American ideal, not politics.

In a recent Instagram reel shared by Shark Tank OG Kevin O'Leary, the discussion began with a pointed critique of how the United States' current trade policies, particularly concerning China, are harming the country's reputation abroad.

"This isn't just about China, you're Canadian and the Canadians couldn't be more angry at us."

The interviewer continued by stating that the manner in which the United States is handling its foreign policy has negatively impacted even tourism. He claims that small firms are "getting screwed with these tariffs because they have to pay them."

Shark Tank investor Kevin O'Leary's answer was unreserved.

"First of all, let's set the record straight," he said forcefully, challenging the presumptions. "I have multinationalities, my whole family is American."

He made it clear that he has a strong stake in the prosperity of American companies and is not merely making comments in his capacity as a celebrity. O'Leary stressed that his dedication is based on safeguarding the business owners he supports financially, and it transcends nationality.

Then, turning his attention to the crux of the matter, Kevin spoke fervently about the ongoing conflict with China.

"Cheating, stealing, ripping off American IP, enough is enough. It's time to deal with it now," he declared.

To him, this issue extended beyond economics; it encompassed justice, strength, and a commitment to the innovation propelling the U.S. forward.

The clip ended with a harsh criticism of those who shun conflict. His resolute and unapologetic tone conveyed his belief that now is the time to defend the small businesses that form the bedrock of the American economy, rather than withdraw.
