Gabriel, portrayed by Lucas Bravo, is Emily's attractive and complex downstairs neighbor in Emily in Paris. He is a talented chef.


Gabriel was born in Brionne, Normandy, into a middle-class family. Because his family owned a farm, he led an ordinary life. In order to pay for his tuition at a Parisian cooking school, his whole family raised money. After graduating, Gabriel took a position at Les Deux Compères as a chef.


Emily Cooper, played by Lily Collins, is the main character of the show. She is a potential marketing executive who moves to Paris to give a French marketing firm an American outlook. She strives to overcome challenges in her Parisian romantic life, profession, and friendships.

Lucas Nicolas Bravo portrayed Gabriel in Emily in Paris. Bravo was born in Nice, Alpes-Maritimes, on March 26, 1988. His parents are singer Eva Bravo and retired football player Daniel Bravo, who is of Spanish descent and won the 1984 Euros with France. He went to Neuilly-sur-Seine to attend the Lycée Pasteur.


Bravo made his debut on screen in the 2013 film Sous le soleil de Saint Tropez. He starred as Antoine Mufla in Kim Chapiron's French comedy-drama La Crème de la crème the following year.
