It looks like the mystery in From is taking full form just before the finale of Season 3 on MGM+. Episode 9 had many revelations and posed more questions than before for the finale to address.

Almost all the residents, including her husband, Ellis, and Boyd, were busy finding Fatima, who had disappeared. While they believe that Fatima is harboring a demonic baby in her belly, which is forcing her to commit evil crimes (like Tillie's murder), her disappearance is crucial to the story.

Elsewhere, Sara starts hearing the mysterious voices once again, which she heard in Season 1. She learns from the voices that Fatima is being held somewhere nearby, which she passes on to Ellis and Boyd.

Speaking about storylines from Season 1, Boyd's Parkinson's symptoms are back in From Season 3, Episode 9. While this storyline was abandoned in Season 2, he again had tremors and freezing in the latest episodes.

Here is everything you need to know about From Season 3 Episode 9.

From Season 3 Episode 9 finally reveals how Victor's mother died. How is Tabitha connected to that mystery?

The latest episode finally reveals how Victor's mother died in the woods all those years ago. But this revelation was not through flashbacks but with a shocking discovery for Tabitha.

As Tabitha and Julie reached the cellar to comfort Victor, Tabitha approached Victor to hug him. During this moment, she had memories of Victor's mother of the day she died.

According to Tabitha's memory, Victor's mother left him and her sister in the shed and went to the faraway bottle tree, where the smiling monster attacked her. Since Tabitha has never seen the smiling monster, this vision could mean she had a vision of Miranda's memories.

While the episode ends without explaining the nature of Tabitha's vision, it is certain that she is connected to Victor and his mother. As theories go, Tabitha might be possessed by Miranda's spirit or be a reincarnation of her (which would give her access to her memories) in From.

Victor meets The Boy in White in From Season 3 Episode 9

A frustrated Victor decides to chop down the faraway bottle tree, as he knows that his mother visited that tree before she died. But before he can, the Boy in White makes an appearance.

The Boy's appearance looks changed, hinting that the town is also changing. He also seems grown up since the last time we saw him. He warns Victor not to cut the tree off as it holds importance and secrets for the townspeople.

While he did not specify the tree's true nature, he revealed that he also told Christopher about the tree's secret, who doesn't seem to have done anything about it. Therefore, this time, the residents must find out the truth about the tree on their own.

While Donna was adamant about telling the townspeople about Fatima's crimes, we finally saw her realizing Fatima's importance to the community and decide not to say anything to the residents. Boyd and Ellis continue their search with the townspeople.

Fatima was abducted by Elgin, who was brainwashed by the kimono-wearing spirit that she is pregnant with a demonic child. He believes that she will give birth to the demonic baby, who leads the residents to their salvation.

After 'preparing' her for childbirth by forcing her to drink his blood for nutrition, he joins Boyd's search party so as not to seem suspicious.

Meanwhile, Fatima makes a discovery in the cellar, and she sees a ring poking out of the dirt. She discovers a trapdoor buried under all the soil in the cellar. She spends a lot of time and effort to reach the door, but just as she is about to reach it, she is stopped by the kimono-wearing spirit.

What is inside the trap door? Is the kimono-wearing spirit evil or trying to comfort Fatima? What connection does Tabitha share with Victor's mother, and what significance does the faraway bottle tree hold for the town's residents? Find answers to all these questions and more in the show's finale.

Tune into From Season 3 finale on November 24, 2024 to find answers to all the twists and turns of the series.
