"For your main heat, instead of giving the judges desserts, you're going to serve them dinner. Well, what appears to be dinner. Because every one of your savory dishes will be a delicious deception. A dessert in disguise."

Lisa's card was for Roasted Chicken with Peas & Mushrooms. Seeing her dish, the host told her it was one of his most favorite dinners of all time. When he saw what Lisa was doing, she prepared to make dessert caviar.
"I think I'm known for in this kitchen is making things look really pretty and that's not our challenge. This challenge is really about making something realistic with a baked dessert. It's going to show a lot of other artistic skills that I haven't done yet," Lisa confessed.
Spring Baking Championship baker revealed how she would make the roasted chicken out of orange raspberry sponge cake and a raspberry jam orange cream cheese frosting. For the crispy skin, she used wafer paper. For mushrooms, she cut some green apples in shape of mushrooms.
The host revealed the winner after the judges tasted all the "deception" dessert dishes. Initially, he mentioned two desserts that were "immaculate." Lisa and Mary-Frances made them. However, the most luscious lookalike dessert dish winner was Lisa.
He added that Lisa and Mary-Frances had earned one more week at The Little Shop of Spring Magic. Additional guests would also be joining them for the dinner. They were the bakers who made very good imitations of Entre as well. They were Kari, Julian, Raveena, Corey, Priya, and Paul.
