The popular CBS drama Fire Country Season 3 is nearing its end, as fans are only one episode away from watching the two-part finale. The season began in October 2024 with Gabby's failed marriage with Diego and Bode finally stepping into Fire Station 42.

Since then, major changes in personal and professional relationships have occurred, especially between Bode and Audrey. However, Fire Country Season 3 doesn't delve into their love relationship like it did when Bode was dating Gabby.

As for Jake, he has also found a woman he likes. But things haven't been good at the fire station in the latest episode. Jake is considering leaving the crew to advance his career, as he thinks his contributions are often overlooked.

It would be intriguing to watch Jake's next step in Fire Country Season 3 Episode 18, arriving on April 18, 2025. This episode will also set the stage for the finale which has been scheduled in two parts.

In the latest episode, the firefighters took on a new rescue mission at a ski resort where tension took center stage as Bode and Jake didn't follow Sharon's command. Not only this, but the company Oxalta has reached a deal with Sharon due to which Bode and Manny felt highly disappointed.

Sharon struck a controversial deal with Oxalta to fix the contaminated water—one that also resulted in Manny's early release from prison. While it helped him reunite with Gabriella, he felt guilty due to signing an NDA as the rest of the inmates were still locked up.

Bode was upset that Oxalta faced no consequences, especially after Birch’s death. He reached out to Renee, a lawyer from his father's past, to go after the company despite its power and influence.

At Station 42, emotions ran high. Bode and Sharon clashed in front of the crew, which Jake called unprofessional. Jake also felt Vince didn’t respect him as a leader, especially after letting a photographer ride along without telling him.

Frustrated, Jake considered leaving the station. Meanwhile, Vince visited his father, who confused him for Luke. A staff member encouraged Vince to stay present, leading to a touching father-son moment.

During a mountain rescue, Sharon made a risky call that could have caused an avalanche. Bode had a safer plan, but she ignored it. Jake took the risk and followed Bode’s lead, saving lives.

Sharon suspends him for disobeying orders but later admits he was right and makes peace with Bode. Later in the Fire Country episode, Gabriella shared a kiss with Finn, but things got awkward when he became overly clingy.

Meanwhile, Bode and Manny officially teamed up with Renee to fight Oxalta, even though it could get messy. Jake, still feeling stuck, started thinking about leaving Station 42 for good.

As mentioned above, Bode and Manny have decided to bring Oxalta down and make the company play for Birch's demise. When Sharon will learn about their plan, there will be another conflict between the mother and son.

At the same time, Station 42 might have to bid farewell to Jake as he tells Vince: "This is my two-week notice," suggesting he has made up his mind. It is possible that Season 3 will conclude with Jake moving forward after serving his two-week sentence.

The crew will also take on a new rescue mission, which will add to their challenges. So, don't miss out on watching Fire Country Season 3 Episode 18, "Eyes and Ears Everywhere" on April 18, 2025.
