Gabriela thinks her creepy ex, Finn, got the message when she stopped replying to his obsessive texts. But nope. He takes things to a terrifying level. Remember someone stalking her since the beginning of the episode? That's Finn.

As the Fire Country Season 3 episode begins, Eve is called to fill in for Jake, as he has been suspended. Later, the crew responds to a house fire and finds Finn injured, and Gabby gets concerned for him.

Turns out, Finn started the fire himself just to stay with Gabriela, and she even fell into his trap. She helps Finn and takes him in the ambulance, where he starts apologizing to her.

Meanwhile, Audrey and Jake keep checking the house for fire damage, and what they find is horrifying. Behind a locked basement door, they discover Finn’s creepy stalker den, filled with photos of Gabriela.

Jake quickly warns Vince, who races to the ambulance. But it’s too late. Finn realizes he’s been found out in Fire Country Season 3 Episode 18. He threatens Gabriela with a scalpel and escapes, knocking Vince over in the process.

While Gabby is safe, Finn is still out, and he might do something unimaginable once again. Now that only two episodes are left, it would be interesting to watch if Finn returns.

Jake gets a tempting job offer to become captain at another fire station, which would help him eventually become Battalion Chief. It’s a huge opportunity. But leaving Station 42 means leaving his second family.

He tells Vince about the offer at a really bad time. Vince is already stressed about possibly missing payments at his dad’s care home. Vince says he’s proud of Jake but can’t make any promises about future promotions.

Later in the Fire Country Season 3 Episode, Eve has a heart-to-heart with Jake. She tells him that whether he chooses to stay or leave, she supports him, but he needs to choose based on what he wants, not just loyalty.

Jake finally talks to Vince again at Smokey’s. Vince says he’s proud of the man Jake has become and would never want him to leave his second family. But with no clear path forward at Station 42, Jake decides to take the new job.

Bode and Manny continue their war against Oxalta in Fire Country Season 3 Episode 18

As seen at the beginning of Fire Country Season 3 Episode 18, Manny and Bode discuss' Oxalta's case with the lawyer, who explains that each inmate at Three Rock will have to break their NDAs they signed earlier as an agreement with Oxalta.

However, little did they know that the company had already learned about their plan and would soon strike back. As a result, Sharon and Vince are told that their restaurant might be closed if they continue this legal fight.

Not only this, Oxalta even threatened the inmates of Three Rock and their families if they tried to break the NDA. Their problems intensify as no one is willing to risk it. So now, without any witnesses, the case is pretty much over.

Manny apologizes to Sharon for letting things get this far, and Sharon tries to fix things by meeting with Oxalta’s lawyer, Meriweather. Luckily, she was prepared. When Meriweather admits on tape that Oxalta threatened families and pressured inmates into silence, Sharon catches it all on record.

Renée and Manny threaten to post it online, forcing Oxalta to fire Meriweather and deal with public outrage. The deal Sharon had before gets reinstated. So in the end, Sharon’s quick thinking saves the day.
