What happened in Fire Country Season 3 Episode 10: A quick recap

youtube-cover

As previously mentioned, the Leone family, especially Walter's cognitive health is the focus of Fire Country Season 3 Episode 10. The episode begins with Walter returning to celebrate Bode's graduation, which was over a week ago.

He looks confused about the dates and Sharon suspects his cognitive health might be deteriorating. She even suggested the Leone men get Walter tested, but they intend to plan their traditional fishing trip.

Tensions soon arrive as Vince and Luke argue over taking responsibility for their father. While Luke wishes to move forward in his life, Vince is hesitant to take responsibility due to his strained history with Walter.

Later, in the Fire Country Season 3 episode, Bode notices someone moving outside around 4 am and sees it's Walter. As he wanders into the woods, Walter notices a car and finds a man trapped inside for days. The Leone men helped the man get out of the car, and Bode is now concerned about Walter's memory lapses. Elsewhere, Jake confessed to selling with Gabriela to Luke and gets advice to come clean.

When Jake tells the same to Bode (since Gabby is his ex-girlfriend), the young firefighter lets it go as a family is his current priority. Back at Station 42, Sharon receives a baby named Calvin, abandoned under the Safe Surrender law.

Sharon tells Audrey to look after the baby, and Gabriella also steps in to help. While Audrey had questions about a mother abandoning her infant, she agreed to help when asked by Sharon.

Later, the baby's mother returned and is struggling with postpartum depression. She feels unworthy of raising a child, but Sharon motivates her to reclaim Calvin's custody. This also makes Gabby and Audrey reflect on their relationships with their mothers.

On the other side, a prison wine scandal unfolds at Three Rock. Eve finds a hidden bottle and asks Manny to reveal who hid it. However, Manny chooses not to betray the person and refrains from revealing the name. Eventually, the person who made the wine confessed to their actions, paying off Manny's loyalty.

Now that Bode and Sharon are concerned about Walter Leone's cognitive health, they convince him to get tested. Walter agrees, but with one condition: Bode needs to keep this a secret as Walter doesn't want to be a burden on his sons.
