Fire Country Season 3 Episode 11 recap: Bode and Audrey’s relationship moves forward

In the latest Fire Country Season 3 episode, viewers were offered a glimpse into how a fair meant to be a fun escape soon turned into the site of a major emergency. It not only focused on the excitement for the annual Oak River Renaissance Fair but also on how the show's heroes save lives.

But before we dive into this week's episode, here's a brief on what happened in the previous chapter: As seen in Episode 10, the Leone men planned a fishing trip to lift Bode's grandfather, Walter Leone.

However, the trip didn't go as planned due to Walter's health crisis, followed by a rescue mission. Additionally, Jake confessed to Bode about his one-night stand with Gabby, but Bode barely showed any sign of anger or hate.

The reason? Bode's top priority is his grandfather's health, and how can we not mention his current relationship with Audrey? Even though many fans might not like it, Bode and Audrey are getting closer, and in the latest episode, the two even share a kiss.

Fire Country Season 3 Episode 11 recap: Eve's adventure and the Three Rock leadership change

Fire Country Season 3 Episode 11 Fare Three Well opens with Eve excited for the fair and its impressive medieval setting. However, this isn't the only reason as the annual Oak River Renaissance Fair also gave her a chance to reconnect with her ex, Francine.

Even though they broke up on a rough note, the two are in a much better place now. When asked about taking a picture in the medieval setting, Francine couldn't deny it as she might also feel the same about Eve.

After enjoying the fair to the fullest, Eve finally decides to win Francine back, and as expected the two get back together. By the end of the Fire Country episode, Francine and Eve also share a kiss.

While Eve is enjoying the fair, Sharon takes charge of Three Rock as interim captain. While Sharon has replaced another captain who is supposed to look after Three Rock, she's also keeping an eye on Gabby's father, Manny.

While Manny is determined to turn his life around, his past actions, especially an assault on Luke in the presence of the Governor cannot be ignored. So, Sharon wants to ensure Manny doesn't make any more mistakes.

Gabriela is her father's parole coach in Fire Country Season 3 Episode 11

In Fire County Season 3 Episode 11, Gabby appears as Manny's parole coach, hoping for an early release of her father. Given Manny's crime in the past, Sharon knows that the chances of Manny's early parole are slim.

After experiencing the fun around her, Gabby realizes that she should start embracing more joy in her life. She has always been focused on her job as a firefighter so much that it didn't allow her to have much fun in life.

Vince learns about Walter's health crisis in Fire Country Season 3

As the Fire Country Season 3 episode progresses, Vince learns about his father's health issues. Since Bode and Sharon have been concerned about Walter's cognitive health, they took Walter to the hospital for tests without telling anyone, including Vince.

What made Vince angry was that he found this while picking up Bode's phone and seeing a call from Walter’s neurologist. Boden then explains to Vince that Walter had asked him to keep this a secret as he didn't want to be a burden on his sons.

However, Vince still didn't believe his father might have serious health issues until the report came. It's revealed that Walter has dementia and the Leone family must take care of him.


The Renaissance fair disaster in Fire Country Season 3 Episode 11

A small accident at the Renaissance Fair soon transformed into a disaster, when some kids shot an arrow at a performer using a flamethrower, causing uncontrollable fire. The flames soon reached a tent filled with fireworks, with explosions and chaos taking place.

Two knights accidentally pierced themselves with real swords, while a woman is bleeding and asking for help under a fallen glass shelf. The disaster caused several injuries to the attendees.

The giant mechanical dragon also malfunctioned and continued to breathe uncountable fire. Witnessing the disaster, Bode and Audrey grabbed shields, and beheaded the dragon, making it look like an old-school knight battle.

The episode also highlights Manny's determination to help others as he calls a paramedic to help out a woman. While he felt a bit guilty for prioritizing his freedom, Manny's choice would likely help him in his journey.

Impressed by how Bode handled the situation, Audrey calls him a dragon slayer. The two had agreed to a playful competition to save lives. They also had a playful sword fight and the rivalry led to an unexpected romantic moment.

Yes, you read it right. Bode and Audey kissed in Fire Country Season 3 Episode 11, hinting they might fall hard for each other. So does that mean Gabby and Bode are done for good? Or is there still a chance they’ll get back together?
