Fargo, the anthology series created by Noah Hawley, is back for its fifth season. Based on the Coen Brothers' film of the same name, the show focuses on different periods and events in each season.
Season 5 of the show will focus on Dorothy 'Dot' Lyon (Juno Temple), a seemingly perfect housewife with a violent and dark past. Like the previous seasons, this season of Fargo also boasts a strong cast list, including Joe Kerry, Jon Hamm, Jennifer Jason Leigh, and many more.

1) Jon Hamm as Sheriff Roy Tillman
The show's main villain is Jon Hamm, who plays Roy Tillman, a rancher and pastor from North Dakota who is also the town's Sheriff. He is on a mission to hunt down Dot, with whom he shares a violent past.
Jon Hamm is most famous for his role in Mad Man as Don Draper. Previously, he has also appeared on projects like The Morning Show, Good Omen, Baby Driver, etc.
2) Jennifer Jason Leigh as Lorraine Lyon
Jennifer Jason Leigh portrays Lorraine Lyon, Dot’s billionaire mother-in-law. She does not approve of her daughter-in-law and constantly judges her. However, their relationship undergoes major changes by the end of the show, and it is one of the strongest points of the plot.
Jennifer Jason Leigh has previously appeared in Tarantino’s The Hateful Eight, which bagged her an Oscar nomination. She has also starred in The Woman in the Window and Lynch's Twin Peaks: The Return.
3) Juno Temple as Dorothy "Dot" Lyon
Dot Lyon is introduced as the show's protagonist. She is an average Minnesota housewife. However, she soon draws the attention of the authorities because of her uncanny self-defense abilities, leading to questions about Dot’s identity and past.
Juno Temple recently appeared in the hit Apple TV+ show Ted Lasso. She has also worked in films like The Dark Knight Rises, Atonement, and Wild Child.
4) Joe Keery as Gator Tillman
Gator Tillman is Roy Tillman's irresponsible but devoted son. In constant attempts to prove himself to his father, Gator often makes situations worse. Whatever he lacks in intelligence and experience, he tries to make up for with his genuine intentions and enthusiasm, leading to poor results.
Joe Kerry is famous for his role as Steve Harrington in Stranger Things. He has also starred in films like Molly's Game, Spree, and Free Guy.
5) Lamorne Morris as Deputy Witt Farr
Deputy Witt Farr is a Police Officer based in North Dakota who gets entangled in the happenings with Dot. He later teams up with Deputy Indira Olmstead to question Dot about her behavior and past.
Lamorne Morris previously appeared in the hit sitcom New Girl and has also starred in films like Game Night, The Christmas Chronicles, and Jumanji: The Next Level.
6) Richa Moorjani As Deputy Indira Olmstead
An officer of the Minnesota Police Department, Deputy Indira Olmstead, is brought in to question Dot about her actions and whereabouts. While investigating Dot, she knows her better, which leads Indira offering to help Dot in unexpected ways.
Richa Moorjani is most famous for her role in Netflix’s Never Have I Ever. Before starring in Fargo Season 5, she had featured in projects like 9-1-1, The Mindy Project, NCIS: Los Angeles, etc.
7) Sam Spruell as Ole Munch
Ole Munch in Fargo Season 5 is a mysterious character who has been given a supernatural vibe to his existence. He is a drifter and appears to be thematically similar to the character of Anton Chigurh in No Country for Old Men.
Sam Spruell, the English actor who plays Ole Munch, has previously starred in Snow White and the Huntsman, Taken 3, Legend, etc.

1) David Rysdahl as Wayne Lyon
Wayne Lyon, played by David Rysdahl, is Dot's gentle husband. He loves his wife dearly and is extremely surprised to know about his wife's other life.
David Rysdahl is well known for starring in the film Oppenheimer and the show Black Mirror season 6.
2) Nick Gomez as Agent Joaquin
Nick Gomez portrays Agent Joaquin, a law enforcement official associated with the events surrounding Dot and Roy Tillman.
Gomez has appeared in shows like The Walking Dead, Dexter, etc.
3) Jessica Pohly as Agent Meyer
Jessica Pohly plays Agent Meyer, who works alongside Agent Joaquin on the cases of Dot and Roy Tillman.
Pohly’s breakthrough role was as a bank robber in Pee-wee’s Big Holiday.
4) Dave Foley as Danish Graves
Danish Graves, Lorraine's trusted fixer, is played by Dave Foley. The chaser meets a rather tragic end in the hands of Roy Tillman.
Foley has previously worked in the sitcom NewsRadio.
