1) The White Tiger

Hector Ayala was presented as a true hero on the Disney+ show, and therefore, his tragic death at the hands of Cole North came as a shock to the audience. Ayala was dedicated to risking his life for the sake of doing good, even when he couldn't use his protective amulet. His arrival had put Matt Murdock to rest as the vigilante in force, but tragic circumstances prevailed.

2) Adam

The death of Adam brought out the sinister forces from within Wilson Fisk, painting an accurate picture of the Kingpin. Fisk's wife, Vanessa, cheated on him with Adam, and therefore, Kingpin had Adam locked up. Not only did he keep Adam alive so that he could torture him, but Vanessa eventually shot Adam several times just to prove her loyalty to the Kingpin once he was back at the helm.

3) Shanahan

Officer Kel Shanahan was the partner of Officer Powell, and both of them were assaulting their informant, Nick Torres, when The White Tiger walked in on them. In the fight that ensued, Ayala was able to subdue Shanahan, who then accidentally slipped and was killed by a passing train. Shanahan's death led to The White Tiger being involved in the court case wherein Murdock defended him.

4) Luca

Luca briefly assumed importance in the narrative of Daredevil: Born Again when Wilson Fisk was sent off to prison, and Vanessa was running things. Luca came to represent the New York crime families and often put pressure on Vanessa to turn her against her husband. When he tried to kill Fisk, he had to face the consequences as he lost his life at the hands of Buck.

5) Foggy Nelson

Nelson's death remains undoubtedly the most shocking one in the show, which was further accentuated by the fact that the death occurred early on in the story. While it wasn't clear at the moment of his death, it was subsequently revealed on the show that Bullseye killed Foggy Nelson at Vanessa's bidding.

6) Cole North

North was a corrupt police officer and was responsible for killing Ayala while donning a Punisher mask. He was one of the members of the hated Anti-Vigilante Task Force brought together by Fisk. North died as a result of a grenade explosion that took place while the ATVF tried to apprehend Daredevil and the Punisher together.

7) Gallo

Commissioner Gallo was brutally murdered by the Kingpin after the latter literally crushed the former's head with his bare hands, and that too in front of the other members of the ATVF. This was done to send a message to all those who sought to resist Fisk.

8) Muse

Muse was undoubtedly one of the deadliest villains summoned by Fisk and proved to be a strong adversary against Murdock. He was shot and killed by Heather Glenn, and the ATVF subsequently claimed that they had eliminated him, leading to Fisk taking all the praise.
