In a recently released Instagram video, Shark Tank mentor Lori Greiner opened up about using positive thinking as a "muscle." However, she stated that such thinking should not be considered so that "reality" is ignored. It was about focusing on "solutions" and embracing possibilities. The female entrepreneur also mentioned:

"Thinking positive is like a muscle. The more you use it, the stronger it gets. Try to stay positive and use that muscle," said Lori Greiner.

In another video clip, Lori Greiner talked about seven things happy people do not engage in. One of them was regret. Rather than regretting things, she mentioned learning from them and moving on.

Another thing was moving forward "positively." She advised individuals not to hold grudges. The reason behind that was they did not have anything positive in them. The female entrepreneur also stated that the "need" to please people can lead to unhealthy relationships. In turn, it can also result in the neglection of your own needs.

"Comparing yourself to others. It's a waste of time. You are special and uniquely you, embrace that."

Another thing was "perfectionism." She referred to that as the "biggest" cause of anxiety and setting yourself up for failure. She also discussed "negative self-talk" and how it affects individuals. That was the reason why she advised individuals to have positive self-talk.

Next was self-perception, for which she stated:

"Happy people don't worry about what other people think of them. Instead, they worry about what they think of themselves. It doesn't matter what others think of you."

She concluded the video clip by mentioning that people should do things that make them "happy" and "proud." Also, surround yourself with those who "lift" you up and help you towards your betterment. Similar to these, the Shark Tank mentor often shares safety tips that can help individuals stay safe.
