Netflix's popular show The Circle premiered its seventh season on Wednesday, September 11, 2024. The Circle Season 7 Episode 9 featured one of the eliminations, which was of Darian Holt. For upcoming "Circle blocking," Darian previously had the "disruptor" power. He chose Kevin, aka K Fern, as the influencer for that.
Per the show's format, participants get "blocked" by the chosen "influencers." While Darian had an alliance with Kevin, he expected Kevin to save him. But things didn't work out well for Darian, as Kevin and another influencer, Gianna (played by Nicky and Jojo), eliminated Darian from the show.
Seeing how Darian's plan and alliance with Kevin backfired, fans were unhappy with the outcome. The Circle fans who supported Darian shared their thoughts over social media platform X. As a result, Darian faced a lot of backlash for choosing Kevin as the influencer rather than his "Circle wife," Jadejha.

How did Darian get eliminated from The Circle Season 7?
In the eighth episode, The Circle asked Darian to choose the second influencer before the blocking. Earlier, Darian became the "disruptor," a positive or negative power later revealed in the show. For this time, the disruptor's power was to be able to choose the second influencer.
Darian was initially confused between his "bro," Kevin and his "Circle wife," Jadejha. However, he finally chooses Kevin, as he is in alliance with Darian. In return, Darian was expecting to be saved by Kevin from the upcoming "Circle blocking."
As a result, Kevin joined Gianna (played by Scarlotta twins) as the influencer. They were supposed to choose a player to be eliminated from the show, i.e. blocked. Even though the twins didn't want to block Darian since they had an alliance with Jadejha (Darian's "Circle wife"), Kevin was firm about his choice.
The next episode, The Circle Episode 9, featured the elimination, where Gianna announced Darian's name as the blocked player.
Seeing how things played out after Darian chose Kevin as the influencer, which got Darian blocked from the show - fans shared their disappointment. Many fans criticized Darian for deciding to choose Kevin over Jadejha.
