The seventh episode of Love is Blind Season 8 aired on February 21, 2025, on Netflix. It was part of the latest batch of episodes released on the streaming platform. As fans might already know, the sixth episode of the reality show ended with a cliffhanger.
Viewers witnessed how Taylor confronted Daniel about whether he already knew her from the social media platform Instagram. Love is Blind's Episode 7 started with that unfinished conversation. After Daniel assured her he didn't know her, the duo continued the experiment.
Later in the episode, Taylor recalled that conversation and shared:
"I still, um, feel really bad about that whole situation. Um, I knew that it was something that I wanted to speak to you about. Like, I wouldn't have felt confident moving in either direction had we not discussed it. So I don't...regret having the conversation, but I do regret the way that I handled that conversation."
Love is Blind Season 8 Episode 7: Taylor decides to continue with the social experiment with Daniel
The seventh episode of the reality show featured Taylor and Daniel discussing any doubts that she might have. She asked Daniel if he remembered about following her on Instagram. While refusing that, he mentioned that he would have shared that with the production if he had known about her identity.
Listening to him, Love is Blind star Taylor expressed that despite his assurances, she was "still struggling" to feel good about it. She then mentioned having the followers app, from which she can see who followed and unfollowed her.
"I'm shaken up right now thinking that that might be the case. It's very possible that at one point I followed you and unfollowed you. It's possible. I...I don't know why I would have. I don't remember it," shared Daniel.
He mentioned that he would have remembered if he "saw" her.
When Taylor mentioned the possibility of seeing Daniel's name in the follower's app, he stated it would "suck."
Witnessing how Taylor struggled, production jumped in and asked if they could give her her phone. That way, she could check right away if Daniel was among her previous followers. After she agreed, she got her phone and checked her followers.
"I wish I could say for 100% certainty that I didn't follow you or unfollow you. You know? But I just don't know. If I'm there, I...I just hope you know that like, I truly came in with nothing," shared Daniel.
While going through her followers, Taylor mentioned she "hated" that she had a "doubt" in her mind.
After Daniel "promised" her that he didn't know her and didn't remember following or unfollowing her, she returned her phone. She stated that she didn't need it anymore.
She then shared that she would "love" to take a step forward for her and for "them." The couple then joined the remaining engaged couples going to Honduras for the next phase of the experiment.
After spending a night together, Taylor and Daniel sat by the sea while she recalled the incident. She said she was glad to have chosen to move forward rather than go home. Love is Blind star expressed feeling "really bad" about the "whole situation."
To witness everything that happened between Taylor and Daniel, fans can stream Love is Blind Season 8 on Netflix.
