“Don’t even want to fight” — Summer House star Paige DeSorbo makes her feelings known about the clash with Kyle Cooke

The newly-released Episode 4 of Summer House Season 9 gave a glimpse of the feud between Kyle and Paige.

The ninth season of the show launched in February 2025, and has certainly not lacked in drama and conflicts so far. The cast has looked interesting, and it includes Amanda Batula, Kyle Cooke, Paige DeSorbo, Lindsay Hubbard, Ciara Miller, Gabby Prescod, Carl Radke, Jesse Solomon, West Wilson, Imrul Hassan, and Lexi Wood.

In Episode 4, Paige DeSorbo confronted Kyle Cooke at Lindsay Hubbard's dinner. Paige questioned Kyle about his texts, in which he was upset with Hannah for her negative remarks about him on a podcast, and also Craig's investment with his competitors.

Reflecting on the situation, Summer House star Paige stated she did not intend to fight with Kyle, and wished Amanda and Hannah were friends again. She told Amanda:

“It makes me so sad, Amanda. Like, I think all this time, like how I wish you and Hannah were friends again. Like, we had the best time. And I don't even care about that. I don’t even want to fight with Kyle.”

Summer House Season 9 Episode 4, titled Pink and the Blues, was released exclusively on Bravo TV on March 5, 2025. According to Rotten Tomatoes, the episode synopsis reads:

"Imrul joins the housemates in the Hamptons; Lindsay reveals the gender of her baby with help from Danielle; Paige confronts Kyle about his texts to her and everyone takes sides."

The conflict between Summer House stars Paige DeSorbo and Kyle Cooke arises

On Summer House Season 9 Episode 4, Paige confronted Kyle about the comments he made regarding fellow cast mates Craig Conover and Hannah Berner. Paige explained that she didn't want the ongoing drama to affect her friendship with Hannah, and expressed her concern over Craig and Kyle not talking to each other anymore. She explained to Kyle what this situation potentially could lead to:

“It’s just a new player, and now it’s Craig. And now you two aren’t gonna be friends, and then it’s, again, me and Amanda there to pick up the pieces. And I’ll be damned if I let what happened to Hannah and Amanda happen to me and Amanda.”

Later in her confessional interview, the Summer House star recalled the clash between Kyle, Amanda Batula, and Hannah. Paige DeSorbo opened up about her feelings and how the conflict between the three affected her on a personal level. She stated that if something similar happened between Craig and Kyle, she might have to leave the house. Paige said:

“When they stopped being friends, no one thought about how that impacted me whatsoever. What I’m trying to avoid is a situation where Craig and Kyle never talk again. If that happened, I genuinely don’t think I could stay in this house.”

Toward the end of the episode, Paige clarified her stance about

"maintaining a friendship" with Hannah, Amanda, and Kyle without "speaking ill" about them behind their backs.

This happened after Kyle questioned Paige's loyalty as a friend and called him "two-faced" for staying friends with Hannah.
